No elevator. Had a foot injury and had difficulty going up and down the 2 flights of stairs. No air conditioning. It gets pretty warm with just a fan. No English speaking channels on T V. Front desk folks don't speak English. Restaurant food good- service was great. This hotel is in a wonderful location with lots of charm. Just...

This is my second stay at Hotel Los Arcos. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Taxco. The hotel is staffed by warm and helpful individuals. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. The restaurant is very good and the wait staff are extremely attentive and warm. The restaurant is located in an oasis of calm in an open air...

This hotel is just a few (steep) yards from the Zocolo with the cathedral, shops and restaurants. The room was functional and be patient with the hot water it will arrive eventually! We had rooms at the front of the building - request rooms at the back because they will be much quieter. The restaurant is not owned by the...

This is a fantastic hotel, right in the heart of beautiful Taxco. An easy walk to the Zocalo, its very well located. The hotel itself is simple but stunning, the rooms are great, the restaurant is very good and there is even a rooftop terrace where i got some great pictures one evening. The only negative was that breakfast was...

There is an in- house restaurant that provides a super breakfast (not included in the room charge) The overall ambiance is enchanting. We will stay there again! One hundred metres away to the left ,when exiting...

We stayed in this sweet hotel for three nights. It has such wonderful Mexican charm to it. There are lots of stairs to climb but that was fine with us. We are 70ish age people and feel greatful that the stairs were ne problem for us. Taxco is vey hilly and those stairs kept us in shape for our daily...

This is one of my favourite hotels in Taxco, the rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean. The place is very centrical, walking distance to everywhere. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff is very friendly.

We spent 4 nights in Taxco - beautiful town with narrow cobblestone streets built into the hillside. Safe and well taken care of in this hotel with prime location. Very good Resturant on property. Some (modest) Spanish language skills are required to enjoy your stay in this hotel and in Taxco in general.
