Havens is truly that! A haven of beauty and tranquility. The service was second to none. Our waiter JC made us laugh, and took care of us like royalty. Our concierge Manuel went above and beyond to make every aspect of our trip memorable. The room, food, customer service, entertainment, pools and beach were all spectacular! So many comfortable places to relax. No fighting for cabanas or beach chairs like most resorts. Our swim out junior suite was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. Even the 24 hr room service was excellent! Looking to enjoy Cancun? Look no further than this beautiful, clean, friendly, relaxing Haven!
This was our first time staying at a all inclusive resort and we saw the reviews and pictures and I must say the pics doesn’t do justice. It’s absolutely breath taking on person and a million times more beautiful. Huriberto- which he told us to call Berto he helped us in with the check in process he explained everything good and detailed. He booked reservations for us for me and my husband to have dinner and also we checked out Wednesday and our flight didn’t leave till 4 he let us stay in our room 2 extra hours and no charge. Very nice man and helpful. We stayed in the serenity jr club swim out pool facing the ocean. Luis was our personal butler and he was amazing he came every time and called us to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything he made sure we were well taken care of. He was amazing the so so nice. We would have our snacks/lunch at a place called Vistas which is only allowed for serenity members. And Eduardo, Luis and Audra attending us very very well. They were so nice and made our food and drinks with love and they catered to all our needs. They had such good hospitality and attitude and were very funny. They were our favorite host and waiters because of how fast and good they helped us out on everything. Thank you guys. Also We booked a couples massage and Dori helped us out with the process of everything she was too too sweet and nice. And Lupita/Abigail were our masseuse gave us the best massage we have ever experienced very nice and concerned to know how we were feeling through the process and if the pressure level was ok for us. Very nice girls. We had dinner at Satsu and our cook who performed in front of us and gave us a nice show I forgot his name but I’ll post his picture I want to thank him to he made extra rice for my husband and I and was very funny and nice I loved that restaurant and he cooked very very good. Also we met Abraham at Satsu he’s the mixologist and he made me a very nice yummy drink. He was so funny and made me 2 best drinks before heading out and they were just super delicious and he was very nice. Oscar was our room service guy. Brought us our food every morning and food was always hot and delicious. Also thank you to the taxi driver we always had to take us to places his name was Yhoser Gamboa very nice young man he took us around to sight see and explained everything to us and waited for us to shop around and he stood by and drove us all over the small town of Puerto Morelos. When I say everyone was just so nice and sweet and made sure our stay was perfect. It was just that. Everyone made sure we were full the food and drinks were delicious the best food we ever tasted I recommend the Mexicanito at Vistas it was delicious best drink. The room was so clean and had a gorgeous view. The shower was clean and felt good and our bed was so comfortable and pillows were comfortable. Thank you Haven Riviera for the hospitality and the good vibes we had with every single one of y’all. We will come again for sure . Hasty Luego. I waited a while on this review because I was deciding on what to give it. We were there the week between Christmas and New Years and yes, the resort is beautiful and very well laid out but there are big service issues. Due to Covid the resort should have been operating at 60%, my guess is that they were fully sold and if not I would hate to see it when they are full. The first couple days were fine but as got closer to NYE and the resort got busier they could not keep up. Honestly, the staff at the resort are great and are physically working as hard as they can but management is short staffing them. We waited 90 minutes for room service, having to cancel a spa appointment. One day we could order food at the pool, the next day we could not - they were out of everything. The suite room butler told us a reservation was made for us for dinner, the restaurant said they do not take reservations and then we waited 1 ½ hours for dinner and another 45 minutes for food to be delivered. The food was not actually the food we ordered but that of another table that gave up and walked out. They ran out of glassware, the power went out twice, we needed a re key and had to go back twice. Again, the resort is beautiful (and the room layouts are great) but in the world competitive world of all inclusives in Cancun probably not one I would return to. …
Our initial experience here had some noisy neighbors. We contacted the front desk, and when put in contact with manager Ruben, he offered to assist us in finding another more quiet room and provided a great option. While it did require a move, Ruben listened to our concerns, and promptly sent a bellman down to move our things to a new and quiet room. We shared with Ruben our gratitude for listening to our concerns and taking care of us. We initially had a Jr Swim out Suite. A nice enough room. Ruben moves us to a corner room to make sure we have privacy and quiet. Thank you Ruben. The resort is clean. The breakfast buffet has great service. And we have enjoyed the Mexican steakhouse. The staff has been attentive and gracious. But it has been Ruben who stepped up for us and is to be applauded.…
Jose from San Jose, Ca. My wife and me stayed at this resort 7 nights early this month. We really enjoyed starting with all the support that we received from Sandra, the front desk attendant, I had forgotten all my credit cards and she handle everything so easy that we ended up getting a room upgrade, from Romance Junior Suite to a Serenity Club Junior Suite Ocean Front!!! And all the benefits with it!!!. We really enjoyed and definitely we will come back in a few months. All employees are very courteous, the place is neat and clean, the pools are always taking care of. Bartenders in all the bars are Amazing!! We like to stay in good places, so this one is on our list now. I also like to say thanks to Teo, at the front desk an Lucy 👍👍
