One of the better all inclusive resorts we stayed at. Staff was friendly and attentive, but failed to tell us they were replacing the the pool bar straw roof the day we rented a poolside cabana so we were stuck next to a pool full of debris from the straw roof. Most of the food was great, but lunch options were very limited. We heard they do offer free spa services if you listen to a sales pitch, but it was never offered to us so I don’t know the details.

My fiancé and I have never done all inclusive until now and we will definitely be back. The service was wonderful. The pool bar staff was awesome. Especially Luis!! 24 hour room service was also amazing. I would recommend eating at Havana club. And also doing the up charge for the French restaurant Le Basilic. It’s definitely worth it. Also the spa dinner was so relaxing and the foot massages were wonderful. As for covid, they have masks and hand sanitizer everywhere and take your temps to go into each restaurant and clean your room everyday. 3 days before going back to US you get a complimentary covid swab. Overall very clean. There are three pools and resort is right on the white sand beach!! Also it was our anniversary and they brought balloons and roses and dessert which was very nice. Would definitely recommend this resort!!…

Excellent experience! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Food consistently exceeded expectations and the wait staff made us feel so special and cared for. Jesus and Ruben at La Joya and Rusel at Havana Club surprised us with great drinks and plates. Soft sand beach with beautiful clear aqua water. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Such wonderful food, service and cleanliness. Manual and David at Le Bascile were amazing. The food at every restaurant were the best I’ve tasted at an all inclusive. Can’t wait to come back after covid to see the resort in full force.
