I came to Iberostar for some much needed down time. I took my time and really looked at the reviews and all were consistent..Iberostar is the best. After staying here for a week I would have to agree. From the time you reach their grounds you’re taking care of. We stayed at coral reef the adult side but you still have access to the other side of the hotel. As soon as you come into The Coral you’re greeted with the most amazing smell. The only thing I would say is check in really is at 3pm. My daughter and I had a early flight so we had to wait for our rooms..there wasn’t an option of an early check in. Next time I’ll just book a later flight. While we waited for our room we ate and still enjoyed the beautiful weather. I have no complaints about this place. Food was great and flavorful, accommodations were excellent. They cleaned the room twice a day so we would always come back to a freshly made bed after dinner. Drinks were good and they kept them coming. The customer service was top notch. Alfredo from sales was personable and nice. I’m use to some type of sales presentation when you’re on vacation. I went because I wanted a massage. Which was also great but back to Alfredo the tour was nice. He showed me the benefits of becoming a member. The sales presentation was actually really pleasant and not pushy. Honorable mentions..Hector from photography.Abraham who helped w the towels every morning. Carlos from entertainment. There was a sweet older lady who cleaned the dinning area who always greeted us w a smile. I can’t say enough!! I’ll never go to another place in Cancun ever!! Thank you Iberostar..xoxoxox…

We stayed at this resort in August 2020. We had an ocean view room in the 1st floor of the main building. The room was clean and decent with a balcony. It is a typical room. While there our friends were gold members so we decided to upgrade (for an extra cost) during our stay as well and it was worth it!! We had private beachside service the server ISRAEL was beyond amazing and accommodating to our group! We visited all the restaurants including the buffet and the food was good and fresh. My favorite restaurant was the hibachi. The grounds were very well kept and clean. The resort is not too big so you can around by foot to anywhere you have to go. Our other family members stayed at a beachside villa with a private pool, that is worth it if you are looking to be more private. We visited the Spa as well and the service was great we had couple massages and we used the pool and sauna that was included. You can easily be there for half a day just relaxing. Also, the resort lobby smells amazing!!!! I know this may sound silly to mention but if you visit you will see what I mean! The covid testing process was easy and seamless. Plan ahead! But overall, I would recommend a stay here for couples or families and I would love to go back someday! …

We stayed at the Iberostar Selection. Overall the place was very nice—staff was warm and welcoming, the restaurants are great, and there is a 24/7 coffee/snack bar to eat from in case you need to take a 6 am tour. I hope to come back.

Everything about our stay has been great from the hospitality staff to everyone in the food service department. I would like to pay extra accolades to Franco from the entertainment staff for the attention he has showed myself and my family. When you hear about someone going above and beyond Franco fits the model. Our stay overall was fantastic.
