Small hotel located in Downtown Cancun with just steps away from the ADO BUS terminal, shopping area, large supermarket and local transit system with frequent busses to and out of Hotel Zone. First impression – a regular budget hotel good for a short stay. No any small appliances of any kind in the room. Nothing exited and nothing to write...

I really like staying at the Hotel Plaza Kokai, for reasons both conventional and non. First of all, this is not a resort, is not on the beach, so don't bother if that's what you're looking for. It is, however, conveniently located downtown, two blocks from the bus terminal and a short cab ride to Puerto Juarez. The entire hotel...

Stayed for 1 night, Price / quality is good. The rooms are big, very nice shower, The hotel might need some remodeling. The location is very good, just outside the center, very quiet during the night. Service at the front desk was correct, although they might want to try a smile once in a while. Prices in the restaurant are...

What a surprise: after making a booking on the despegar.com web site, we arrived at the receptionist who simply tell us he has no reservation. We can imagine that an issue happen with the reservation system, but even with the printout of the booking in front of him he hadn't want to try to understand, to help or to call...

Once we landed at the airport, walked out and there were a lot of people hustling. Which is expected. We over paid a shuttle 680 pesos to get to our hotel. Later to find out is only 64 pesos per person for the bus. Everyone kept saying 100 pesos per person for the bus, don't listen to them. Cabs are...

I stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights in June 2014. The hotel was average. Good points - room was big and the shower/bathroom was big. The downside - the breakfast was below average and expensive. The staff had attitude problem especially when I request something. In addition, no good restaurants close by apart from the pub next door so...
