The Omni resort is over priced. Our rooms were smelled. Our rooms were not cleaned till late in the day. We waited for an hour to get our food at the beach side Mexican restaurant. It was difficult to get dinner reservations at the restaurants.

I have booked with Costco. Did anyone call Omni to verify your reservation, prior to departure? We are headed to the Omni next month and Omni doesn't see our reservations. When I call Costco travel, they say not to worry, but can't give me a Omni confirmation number either. I'm afraid to arrive at the Omni and they say we weren't expecting you.
