My friends and I shared a room for 5 days at the eco hotel. It was a very nice clean place. Yes it's outdated which is the charm of this place. The courtyard is amazing for any artist who would like to sit and paint. The staff was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The free breakfast was fantastic....

The most striking feature about this hotel was the garden which was a magical place with trees and creepers providing shade and interesting sitting areas. There was a lovely small swimming pool which was great for cooling off in. The included breakfasts were wonderful with a wide variety of Mexican dishes on offer. The staff were very pleasant, especially the...

We drove into Cancun at rush hour. Getting to this hotel was like walking into another world. It is delightful. Our room on the third floor was very large, with a little kitchenette we didn't use this time, lovely furniture, separate commode and shower rooms. A nice gentleman showed us to our room, and carried my bag. I was glad,...

This place is like an oasis. I was only there one night, but I was certainly charmed. Comfy and clean rooms. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. I'd recommend it. I'm not sure about how far it is from things you may want to do. Wifi was great.

This place is a gem. We have just spent a lovely three nights here to start our travels. Very friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean everywhere. The breakfasts are delicious and included in the price. All set in tranquil relaxing surroundings. Great location with bus station close by and buses every 10 minutes to where the action is. Cant fault...

As I sit by the jungle pool feeling relaxed after my 3 day stay I'm overwhelmed by this hidden gem. The room was clean and comfortable and the added kitchenette was a nice surprise too. I loved the relaxed breakfasts that had a great choice and all the staff here are lovely. I even had a few Spanish lessons at...

Thank you for your kind comment and we hope you will return soon. The months of late May to Sept arrive at our shores the largest fish in the world (whale sharks) It is an intriguing spectacle to see it in its natural environment. Thank you Eduardo RH Manager

Location, service and breakfast were good. Room was clean and OK, according to the price. However, the hotel is quite old, and it seems it hasn't been renovated recently. Also, hotel photos don't represent reality: rooms are not as good as they appear to be there, hotel looks much older than expected...I wouldn't stay there again. What we liked best:...

Thanks for your comment and we will immediately attack the problem of humidity. Tropical forests and the sea maintain a high relative humidity of approximately 80% in summer and 70% in winter. Thank you and please give us the opportunity to meet you again. Eduardo RH Manager

Tropical family run small hotel in the center of Cancun. The price was right and free breakfast was made to order. It is basic but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The court yard is beautiful and jungle like. The employees were busy working hard to keep it well kept. Yes it is warm and damp...

We have been visiting this hotel since 1999 and we are always welcomed like family by the faithful staff. The eco-friendly operations are the real deal and have been for decades. The masseuse is fabulous and worth an appointment. Breakfast is prepared fresh and the patio atmosphere is worth enjoying to start and end the day surrounded by lush foliage...

A thousand thanks for your very nice comment. It is our pleasure to attend to our guests who come back year after year, we remind you that the botanical garden that is in Puerto Morelos only 30 kms from here, is incredible and if you visit it at dusk you can see the monkeys returning home, free in their habitat....

Very nice garden providing a very good climate in a hot city. Rooms are somewhat basic but clean, breakfast was super. The jungle garden and the atmosphere really are surprising to find in Cancun centre.
