We stayed two nights here while visiting Chichen Itza. We stayed in a Royal Lodge bungalow with a loft (2 adults and two kids). It was a brilliant experience. The gardens are immaculate and full of interest for gardeners. They have an onsite planetarium which was interesting! The al la carte restaurant is excellent. Kids loved the swimming pool and...

Lovely setting, terrific staff and fine restaurant. Amazing access to the ruins. Not to dissuade possible visitors but remember you are basically in the middle of a jungle. My traveling companions had tied up their mosquito netting thinking it was a decorating artifice. I told them whenever you are under a palapa style roof the possibility of creepy things falling...

We stayed one night prior to visiting Chichen Itza. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The tour guide the hotel arranged for us was really good and made all the difference. The food was OK, but there are not a lot of options in the area. It definitely pays to stay here and get...

Had a great time the grounds are wonderful with multiple swimming pools within 1 minute of each bungalow. Restaurant a little pricey for it is (as should be expected given location) but good and very friendly staff. Bungalows are simple but comfortable and quite enjoyable with seating on the porches. Would recommend return and definitely recommend this place!

We decided to stay at the Lodge at Chichen Itza to visit Chichen Itza instead of staying in Cancun and taking a daytrip to see the ruins and it was totally the right call. This place is amazing. They take great care of you in every way and the fact they have their own private entrance to Chichen Itza is...

We just came back from a 5 day Monograms/Grayline Mysteries of the Mayan tour. We started our adventure at Chichen Icha, where we stayed for 2 night at the Lodge at Chichen Itza. The stay was Awesome, we were given several choices of rooms and we ended up staying in one of the bungalows at the lodge next to the...

After reading all the poor reviews, our expectations were low, however the resort was actually very good. We spend 3 nights, the food is good (just stay away from the buffet that is frequented by the day trippers) there is pizza café and restaurant both serving good food at lunch. At night there was also a BBQ grill option which...

Thanks for your visit. I can't tell you how hard we have tried and the disproportionate investment we hame made to provide the best WiFi possible everywhere in our resort... still trying.. but our legacy carrier and the limitations imposed on them by the limitations archeologists place given the site (and we all understand why, we are inside the aroueqlógical...

The hotel is situated in well maintained and lovely gardens, swimming pools dotted throughout. Our room however had 2 small double beds which weren't able to be changed. We did not request a twin when we booked. The porter who helped us with baggage was very helpful. On checking in, we were informed of the evening sound and light show...

Stayed in the bungalow which was very nice. Although the price point is quite high. For this hotel I'd highly recommend the $199 room and then access Chichenitza very early in the morning as the park is an easy walk from the hotel. The grounds are lovely with beautiful pools. The main restaurant is nice but over priced. Overall a...

This really does feel like a theme park experience, the rooms are nothing special and rather sparse. From time to time, I am remainded that some people see the darkest side of a day and fail to enjoy the beauty and kindness that surrounds them. The ticket office to enter the temples is government run. Tickets have different prices depending on age, occupation, nationality,
