Spent a week in Cozumel and stayed at the Hotel Cozumel and Resort. The hotel is functional but not wonderful. It's clean and the grounds are well maintained. It is very convenient if you are using Dive Paradise directly across the street. The package I booked was all inclusive. The food is fair in both restaurants. But again, convenient.

We stayed at Hotel Cozumel and Resort the week of April 22 with our dive group and while other reviewers found fault with... well just about everything(!!!) I can honestly say this wasn't the case for us. Sure. HCR is an older property geared towards divers and families, so don't expect a posh mega resort. But HCR is a great...

Would not stay here again; did a review previously and included "honest" thoughts - but it was not published. Food is just adequate. Rooms are very simple. Drinks are adequate. If you are a deep sea diver, it is a great location - dive club on-site. Nothing more to say.

I read the other reviews and asked for the 3rd floor and so glad we did. If your going on vacay on the cheap stay here its not...

The grounds are beautiful but the rooms are old and dated. The beds are hard, linens threadbare, bath linens rough and gray and the bathtubs are stained yellow with long wide pieces of enamel missing. Breakfast is ok but the other meals are bad. We have stayed here for 20 years but it is time to see the rooms updated...

This was our 3rd stay at Hotel Cozumel - we go for the dive package and do the all inclusive program. The rooms are nice - the grounds are beautiful and well cared for. The food is fine - buffet style plus fresh cooked food stations. Service staff were very attentive and professional. Short walk to mid-town.

This was our first out of the country trip. We got the all inclusive package and that's the way to go. The hotel was nice and had a great staff. Food and drinks anytime nice. We did lots of things around town and this hotel is not to far away. Will go back.

This is a great resort for scuba diving. It provides easy access to the dive shop via an underground tunnel to bypass any traffic. The dive shop is conveniently located and has an updated pier. The hotel staff couldn't be more friendly. Food was not that great, neither were the rooms. The rooms, especially bathrooms are in serious need of...
