There's a reason sea turtles return to the same place every year to nest. Well, tickle my flippers and call me Turt Reynolds, because I understand the compulsion.
Muchos Gracias to the lovely people that keep us comfortable when we visit. We will be back!

We have not been there in December. it has always been waves when we have been there. Have been told sea is only calm on east side during a norté which only happens during the winter months. So not many days of calm seas at ventanas. However Punta sur is a 20 minute drive south with calm water and good snorkeling most of the time. We love the east side and choose to stay there as much as possible.
