Our Xmas stay in December 2015 was truly a disappointment. We would not have booked this hotel if we knew that the amenities posted were not going to be available i.e. WIFI, a/c, fridge & safe in room. On arrival we were advised that there was no a/c as the hotel was eco friendly. A ceiling fan operating all night...

My husband and I stayed at Ventanas al Mar for four nights in December. This was our first time to Cozumel. We arrived late on a Saturday night, so were unable to pick up our rental car before checking in and had to take a taxi from the airport, which was like $40 in case anyone is wondering. The next...

Lovely small hotel with excellent service located on the best beach on the Mayan Riviera. Great for body surfing. We stayed 5 days in December 2015 and found this a delightful spot. We had a 2 level suite with a patio and a balcony all looking at the ocean with gorgeous views. A small bar fridge was included and 1...

If you are on Cozumel to get your tropical party on, this is probably not the place for you. If you are looking for a relaxing stay away from all the hubbub, then come here! The waves are amazing and the view from the rooms can feel like you are on a cruise ship. I spent countless hours just sitting...

The location is THE BEST thing about this place, fantastic! We wouldn't have stayed anywhere else in Cozumel. Make sure you rent a car if you want to stay here, so you can move around (if that's your plan). The building is just beautiful, it has everything to do with the place, as well as the decoration. The view from...

This is definitely one of the most beautiful spots in Cozumel. The property and the ocean views are spectacular. The hotel is the only hotel on the east side of the island so it's very quiet and peaceful. The staff was so nice and helpful especially Miquel. The food was amazing too.We are already planning another trip to go back!!

This is a Beautiful little property. But if you are a Diver you must realize that it is located on the other side of the island. This is a perfect little spot to just relax and enjoy yourself. Breakfast is included with your room and it is good, Dinner is offered with limited choices and it is also very good....

“Not all the rooms have A/C, but the windows are big and the breezes are great. Also, as mentioned above, not all rooms have refrigerators. Overall, though, you'll find the rooms spacious, clean, and very comfortable.”
