We upgraded to a king size bed and we received a smaller than I expected room but with an incredible view of the bay. I thought the price was a little high but after spending 6 nights I'm fine with it. The room was very clean and included a fridge a small desk and 2 chairs. Short balcony with 2...

What can I say, staff were incredible, room presented immaculately and the location is perfect for those looking for the central vibe. Will continue to keep coming back to this special place in heaven.

The hotel was within walking distance to everything and was nice and clean. The beds were not too comfortable but were ok. The view from the balcony was nice but the air conditioner would automatically turn off when you opened the door and the room would get hot and stuffy immediately. Even when we left the room to go out...

We took the ferry from Puerto Juarez and it was a short walk to the hotel. Open, breezy foyer, greeted warmly every day by staff. We had view over pool, very quiet. Our friends opted for street side for the water view and enjoyed their balcony watching the world pass by. They said it was quiet inside once patio doors...

We checked in for two weeks mid February 2017, and had some reservations as to what this hotel would present. It has been a very pleasant surprise to find a hotel that is all-round excellent. From reception with a welcome drink, to the room which is nicely appointed and very clean (best bed I ever slept in!) to the very...

This is a great little hotel - five stories, and just to starboard as you make the ferry approach. Our room had a lovely ocean view, which I'd imagine most do as the ocean is visible looking east or west. Being 'boutique' the rooms are a fair size. I feel that better use could have been made of the space...

We stayed there for 3 nights, and the room was nice and clean. From the hotel you are in walking distance to the beach, the restaurants and you could rent golfcarts 100 m from the hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

Loved everything about this hotel. This was our first trip to Isla Mujeres and we fell in love with the island and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very boutique feeling hotel and loved the open front off of the street. Very accommodating staff. Very clean room. We would stay there again definitely.

Great hotel by the ferry terminal but still close to the beach. Nice view. Minus for the boring breakfast only served until 9. The staff is great except one of the women in the reception who was right out rude and uninterested. Everything was annoying and tiresome it seemed.... still worth it though, its relatively cheap as well.

We stayed in Bahía Chac Chi for one night and wished we had stayed more. The hotel is five minutes away from the port and 15 minutes away from North Beach. The room is confortable, clean and the breakfast simple but tasty. Excellent personnel atention, specially from Mayte.
