This was my first time staying here. Upon check in I was told that the room I booked wouldn't be available but they would switch me the following day. No problem. Put us in a room on the rooftop, 4th floor. Not happy about the steps, but ok for a day, right? Next morning when I asked about moving and...

I stayed at the Francis Arlene 2 years ago and really enjoyed my time with the staff and guests. This hotel has the family feel with lots of guests that come back year after year! A special thanks to Manuela, Jerry, Orlando, Pedro and Candy for making our stay so comfortable!

VERY dirty in the shower and cockroaches outside our room. We met many people that had the same experience. Dirty sheets and pillowcases. The guy that worked there were not nice when we told him This, so we didn't feel comfortable to stay here. And we will never come back and can't recommend this to anybody.

The Hotel major strength is the location since it is very close to avenida Hidalgo, the main restaurants and shopping street, and to Playa Norte the nicest beach in Isla. The building is nicely decorated and pleasantly substantial: balconies, some colorful stain glass panels, a nice courtyard, and a warm lobby with armchairs which belong to "Alice in Wonderland". The...

Our room was very comfortable for our stay. The location is within walking distance to the beach and the downtown area with restaurants and shopping. Very reasonable cost for great location in a quiet area.

We love this traditional Mexican Hotel because of the friendly staff, impeccably clean rooms and location! We have been back again and again and will go again soon! The roooms are comfortable and all have refrigerators. It is normally a very quiet place. The central location and proximity to the beach make it perfect for getting to the amazing restaurants...

We viewed this hotel and were not impressed. The rooms are small and there is no view. Not particularly close to the beach. They were showing us rooms on the third floor with no elevator. Lots of stairs. Not good for seniors.

This family owned hotel is clean, safe, and a great value... Top that off with a wonderful and accommodating staff (Rolondo one of the managers was especially helpful as well as the owners (a caring family that is on site often to ensure your stay is pleasant) and you've found a great place to stay in Isla Mujeres. The hotel...

Just to pass the night. That's it. Bed is good enough, there is A/C. We suggest you bring your own amenities, even soap, shampoo or anything else you think you will find in a hotel room, but don't. Is nearby to the north beach, restaurants or anything you might need.

We received a non-smoking room with three double beds, a tv, and a bathroom with a shower stall. A/C was very appreciated! Also had ceiling fan and a small refrigerator. Everything clean and was really nice for the cost. We paid approximately $50 USD/night. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Unsecured parking for golfcart next to hotel. We had no...
