Hotel La Joya is paradise on earth! Such a lovely hotel, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect accomodation for our family of four. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful views, wonderful staff, delicious meals.

Oswaldo, Monica and the rest of the staff here are AMAZING. Anything you need they will jump right on it, if you want to be left alone... that is fine too. We stayed in room #6 that had a great patio and your own little yard. The pool, beach, and whole compound is nice and secluded so you don't feel...

The hotel was beautiful Service outstanding. Oswald and Monica were fantastic. The entire staff was attentive and always had a smile. We are from Indiana and they made you feel at home. I would highly recommend this hotel. If you want a piece of quiet paradise next trip to Cancun has to be here on the Isle of Murjeres at...

It also had comfortable rocking chairs where we watched several of the sunsets. The staff was extremely friendly. Oswaldo and Monica took care of anything we needed help with. The pool is extremely clean and...

Room is spacious, clean, roomy shower (good water pressure; effective hot/cold temp); king-size bed-comfortable; adequate electric outlets for your mobile juice; small ref (bottled water --free but only...

I am just checking out from our five night stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and have sleeping for many guests. We stayed in the Penthouse which has a spectacular view of the Ocean but one of the smallest patios. It also does not have lounge chairs or a hammock. It has a table and...

Quiet, with superlative views available from the balconies of 14 rooms, attended by a gracious , knowledgeable and english speaking staff this small hotel is well worth an extended stay. After 11 days in March 2017 we were sad to leave. The free continental breakfast was fresh and satisfying as were the meals available from the small restaurant for lunch...

Woderful place in a very peaceful spot of the island. You will enjoy the view from your room and from the terrace with ocean view. Very good service! Just maybe the rooms are not 4 stars hotel but you will enjoy most the rest!
