The hotel is nice and has nice views but that’s about all. The staff weren’t friendly or helpful. There were 3 pillows on each bed, all were extremely thin and when we asked several times for additional pillows we were denied. Extremely strict with towels...More
We really enjoyed our stay here and have already booked for next year. We had the king jacuzzi room and loved our spacious balcony with jacuzzi. Such a great location to walk to Playa Norte after breakfast before it gets crowded, then back to PML...More

As you say the hotel does not communicate very well but we had no issues at all. From these rooms you have a spectacular view. Remember, it is a no flush toilet paper hotel as are most on Isla. WE used Happy Shuttle for our transfers $70 round trip as well as ferry tickets and they were flawless. I did have luck contacting the hotel on their web site. Also, we actually got them to haul an umbrella up to our balcony. We liked this place better than al we have been to. The beach is no swimming but you can walk to the left just around the corner to Playa Norte
