We truly loved our stay (7 nights). Our room, #5, was beautiful. The bed was comfy and big. The room had wonderful natural light and was cleaned daily. The staff at the front desk was always so helpful and kind. Location was great as we loved being close to that side of town and ate at the many restaurants in...

From start to finish, this hotel met and exceeded all of our needs. We stayed at this hotel as part of a wedding party, so it was very organized. We communicated with Casa Lucia via email for booking, questions and concerns before our arrival. We were traveling internationally for the first time with our 1 year old baby, so I...

Great small hotel with excellent location and staff. We loved our room (#8 Santa Ana) on the ground floor by the pool. Martha and Alejandra at the front desk were so helpful. Alejandra set up great tours though LM Transportadora. We were fortunate to have "Mel Gibson" take us on an great trip to Celestun. Best guide ever ! We...

The room overlooking the street was noisy. The breakfast included in the price of the room was tiny. The comfort of the room is very good and the swimming pool area is perfect to relax. Good location to visit Merida on foot.

A delightful, extremely comfortable and quiet hotel in the heart of the city. Lovely, caring employees, delicious breakfast, and immaculate throughout. We recommend this hotel without a moment's hesitation.

This hotel was very welcoming with a quiet courtyard and shaded pool area with comfortable chairs. Beach towels were provided and the pool and grounds impeccable. The young lady who checked us in spoke good English and was very helpful. We were able to store our bags until checkin at 3 o'clock. The adjacent restaurant provided a full breakfast with...

I spent 4 nights in Casa Lucia and found it to be a great little treasure in the center of Merida, close to some super restaurants. The staff was super and they had a very convenient restaurant that put out a very nice breakfast. They even had 50% off Happy hour on occasion.

The hotel is in a perfect, charming location across from Santa Lucia Park. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. We enjoyed our room and also the grounds and pool area. We would highly recommend this hotel to others and we plan on returning.

We visited Merida with two outing to Uxmal and Chichen Itza for two nights. The rest of our stay was at Casa Santa Lucia. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful...however, we were given a room on the 2nd floor and it was not great. We were missing furniture, our lamp died on us, we had difficulty getting hot...

After very intense traveling, I stayed in one of the 2 the most expensive and "best" rooms the hotel has to offer (Room 2, "Santa Lucía"), as it was the only one available then. I have to say that the staff member upon my arrival was neither friendly nor unfriendly. I had been given the restaurant's wifi password, and he...
