This hotel was very welcoming with a quiet courtyard and shaded pool area with comfortable chairs. Beach towels were provided and the pool and grounds impeccable. The young lady who checked us in spoke good English and was very helpful. We were able to store our bags until checkin at 3 o'clock. The adjacent restaurant provided a full breakfast with...

I spent 4 nights in Casa Lucia and found it to be a great little treasure in the center of Merida, close to some super restaurants. The staff was super and they had a very convenient restaurant that put out a very nice breakfast. They even had 50% off Happy hour on occasion.

The hotel is in a perfect, charming location across from Santa Lucia Park. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. We enjoyed our room and also the grounds and pool area. We would highly recommend this hotel to others and we plan on returning.

We visited Merida with two outing to Uxmal and Chichen Itza for two nights. The rest of our stay was at Casa Santa Lucia. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful...however, we were given a room on the 2nd floor and it was not great. We were missing furniture, our lamp died on us, we had difficulty getting hot...

After very intense traveling, I stayed in one of the 2 the most expensive and "best" rooms the hotel has to offer (Room 2, "Santa Lucía"), as it was the only one available then. I have to say that the staff member upon my arrival was neither friendly nor unfriendly. I had been given the restaurant's wifi password, and he...

Service from front desk and in the restaurant was fabulous! I liked the added touch of a refreshing welcoming drink when I got to my room. The shower alone was worth the stay, lots of pressure and super hot water! I highly recommend ordering the burger at the restaurant. Probably the best burger I've ever had anywhere. I definitely recommend...

Usually stay at hacienda Merida but was booked so decided to stay at casa Lucia as it is well placed near Santa Lucia and the main square- Plaza Grande. This is an enormous plus to the hotels in Montejo clustered around the Fiesta Americana It is not a five star hotel and the prices reflect that. You get a clean,...

The hotel was situated directly opposite the restaurant square. We were greeted by friendly staff and a welcome sangria. The hotel had a charming feel with a great pool setting. The room was loud of an evening as it neighbored the performance in the main square of the evening.

Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool where you can relax. The room is clean and very well decorated, although we noticed there was a little stink coming out from the pipes of the bathroom. Breakfast was included in the rate, was nice and tasty. The location is right in Plaza Santa Lucía where you have very nice restaurants to go...

Spacious, elegant room with colonial flair, the courtyard garden with swimming pool offers a little oasis in the very centre of town (free parking is also very welcome), comfortable beds. Great location on Merida's most historic street and on an attractive square with many restaurants; hotel rooms are nonetheless quiet and peaceful. Attentive staff who helped with restaurant bookings. Breakfast...
