We stayed at the hotel on the 2nd of January so being peak season I accepted that prices would be a bit higher. However the facilities available did not justify the high price. I wouldn't consider it to be a 3 star hotel. It felt more like a hostel. The room had very basic facilities and the horrible smell and...

My partner and I and our adult daughter arrived very late at the hotel because of a reservation problem with another property in Playa del Carmen, so we chose the hotel having not read any reviews. The staff were courteous enough and were able to find us two rooms for one night on extremely short notice which was appreciated. My...

I give it five stars for the amazing staff they have. They are all courteous and do anything out of their way to make the guest feel welcomed and comfortable. After checking out a day early due to personal circumstances and planning to travel back home, when we arrived at the airport our flight was canceled. After just one phone...

The location was excellent and the wi-fi when it worked had great connectivity. It is within walking distance to the busiest part of Playa del Carmen but the hotel itself was very quiet. The hotel felt safe with one night entrance. Good television and small kitchenette area including stove, microwave and fridge. The problem was that this hotel purported to...

Good wi-fi and really kind staff. We were put into a horrible room on the first night. The receptionist was very concerned and moved my family into a nicer suite with a kitchenette. The beds were really comfortable. A few little touches would make this hotel even better - a bath mat would be good and some plug sockets didn't...

An average budget hotel for the price, the room I had was spacious with a large bathroom and small kitchen area. The pool area is small but nice. However the room had a slight smell of damp and the linen had a few stains on it, which isnt a great look even if it has been washed. Despite this I...

My advice would be to see the room you are renting there are some better than others. My family came without reservations and we rented three different rooms. They were thoughtful enough to let us know when the family sweet was available so we could reserve it. The receptionist speaks very good English and is very helpful and the pool...

We ordered a master suite that reportedly was 90 m2 and thought the pictures showed a nice hotel. When we got there 4 adults and 2 children were not in a picture of what is available on the website. When we control measured the suite was only 60.1 m2. The website said it would be multilingual staff in recptionen but...

A group of us stayed recently in the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. I don't know her name but she has been looking after us trough the whole stay. Also it was lovely to come back every day to a very clean room with new animal made...
