First of all, Xaman Ha is a lovely condominium community. It is a medium quality community for sure. What you do NOT know is that it is right next door to the Ferry that leaves ALL day to Cozumel. If that is a deal breaker,...More
We stayed for a couple of days in room number 7103 and we fell in love with the place. It felt like home since it had all the necessary amenities like washer, dryer and stove. Oscar from Caribbean Beach Properties received us and made sure...More

No concerns but always wise to be careful. XamanHa is a small condo property. Very safe. No bar except for the pool bar and Robin is the bartender - no problems there. The stories I've seen about alcohol poisoning were from larger resorts. Even so, likely very rare. A single woman staying alone at a large resort would want to be careful; otherwise not really concerned. Playa is safe. However I would not recommend being out late anywhere in MX.

you are on the second level and will have to back track somewhat towards the lobby but not all the way. There is staircase that is in the hallway before the lobby. We stayed in 7021 and had family on second floor.
