We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights. after the 4th night, one of the guys who works in the hotel came to our room (at 9:30 pm) and told us that we need to do check out tomorrow until 12 because there is another reservation to the room. (we booked the room weeks before) after long evening, us trying...

This hotel is located right in the center of all the nightlife. So, it is loud at night, so if your not looking to stay out at night, probably shouldn't be your first choice. It's really close to mamitas, just a short walk. Alex, who works at reception at the hotel, makes this place! He is very helpful, had great...

I dont write too many reviews but I definitely wanted to warn folks who are thinking of staying here. I stayed here for 2 nights in December 2016. My husband's Calvin Klein pants were stolen when put out to dry in the sitting area of our room. Along with the pants were towels etc that weren't stolen. The hotel provides...

Excellent hotel location, right off the main shopping street and 1 block from the beach. Our room was huge with a kitchen, 2nd bed (single) and a couch. AC and Wifi worked great. No breakfast included, but plenty of places nearby. Be aware that the main street with many dance clubs playing loud music until the wee hours are within...

While my wife and I were staying in Cancun, some friends invited us to spend a day with them in Playa del Carmen. We hopped on the ADO bus and thought we'd spend the day there. We were amazed at all the things to look at in the area, and as we walked by this place, we thought, "hey, let's...

Loved this place and the folks running it, very laid back but attentive to your needs. It has a cool courtyard between the rooms. Our "room" was large with full size fridge microwave and even a gas 2 burner stove. Plenty of hot water and lots of rustic charm. There is a decent continental breakfast with fresh squeezed OJ and...

Ok- so if you want to be in the center of playa del carmen, this is where you want to be. Literally 10 steps from all the action- and the staff here, Alex and david are amazing.... Due to your close proximity to the clubs, there will be some Noise at night from all the party scene, but as long...

First off, this Boutique Hotel is centrally located, only a couple blocks from the ever so famous 5th Avenue in Playa Del Carmen. We enjoyed our stay as young adults, but would not recommend to anyone that enjoys their night time peace and quiet. Only a block up from the clubbing district, it is extroardinarily loud and will shake your...

You are sure to be guided in the right way when staying at Eclipse. The staff knows all the good spots to go in terms of beach, shopping and food. They are so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself has everything you need. What I loved the most is that it still has the mexican charm with a little jungle-like...

If you're coming to Playa for the nightlife, and it's bustling, this is the place for you. The price includes Continental breakfast, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, you are literally steps away from the hottest clubs and bars in town. If your plan is to groove out all night you can't really beat Eclipse, as...
