This hostel was absolutely everything what I wanted. It is not a crazy party hostel but a very chilled laid back hostel. What I loved is the breakfast, the owner makes it every morning for everyone, so you wait with each other hungry at the big table. So after breakfast you will have for sure some new friends to go...

We stayed in a private ensuite room for a couple of days in March 2017. The good: air con in the room, clean, free breakfast and water. Friendly staff (Eric - very good). Location is 2 minutes from main strip. The bad: we stayed during some festival and had music blasting into our room until 4am! Don't get me wrong...

Casa del sol is a fun hostel with comfortable beds and decent wifi. There is a great area to socialize and the showers are warm. We had a private room with no ac but the fans worked well. The rooftop is unfinished but a fun place to watch the sunset.

I really liked staying here. Really good aesthetics, great staff and good people all around. The environment was very relaxed. I stayed in a private room, no ac but the fan kept us cool well enough. We found the place clean and tidy, the vibe was very friendly and relaxed. It wasn't a party party vibe but people were definitely keen...

Had a week to spend in the tulum/cancum area. Prices for everything were high so decided to spend 2 days at this hostel to see the area and cut some costs. Read a bunch of reviews so I knew what to expect. It was the perfect decision. Rented 3 rooms for our 6 guests. It was in a great location....

We loved it here. Eric was so welcoming and friendly. They made a BBQ for us, cooked delicious breakfasts and gave us the best tips to get the most out of our stay in Tulum. Plus they have loads of bikes. Will definitely stay here again - felt like a little home!

I stayed at Casa del Sol in Tulum and absolutely loved it! The coffee and breakfast in the morning was delicious and I love that it has a pool and bikes too. I stayed in the female dorm and it was comfortable, clean and also has a private washroom. Price was great, and overall great value! I will definitely go...

Positives: One of the workers, Adam, a friendly and talkative guy from America was very helpful if we had questions. He Also cooked very nice breakfast two of the mornings, including pancakes and omelette with different sides to choose from. The hostel is located just a short walk from the bus station, shops and restaurants. A cool common area with...
