If you are traveling by car and need to stop for an over-night in Tulum, Hotel Kin Ha is a neat and clean, neighborhood hotel that is only a few blocks off highway 307. It is not on the beach, so I wouldn't call it a "destination hotel", but a nice shower and great AC at an affordable price make...

Kin Ha Pueblo is an ok hotel. Clean, but very basic. As of this review, many rooms are having A/C installed — but during our stay they were installling it in the room next to us. It was quite noisey. On top of this our ceiling fan sounded like a jet-engine. Maybe it was broken. We asked the reception for...

The hotel is clean and comfortable and located on a quiet street close to the canter. The staff, notably the receptionist, was warm, welcoming and very helpful. I highley recommend this hotel when in Tulum.

The Hotel Kin Ha offers fairly affordable rooms in the center of the tulum village. accomodation are a bit rustic but there is AC and comfortable beds mae your sleep comfortable. It was rainy the night we stayed so the little patio was very humid, and some mosquitoes made their way through the door. It could have been better insulated,...

My gf and I enjoyed this hotel. It is well located in the village. I don't recommend staying at the hotels on the beach. The vibe is too hippy/yoga. If you are looking for bars, restaurants, stay at the village and bike to the beach. The hotel is nice, with a nice courtyard. Beautiful plants. Breakfast is very basic but...

The hotel is fine especially given the average prices for hotels in this area and along the beach. But its anyways a little overpriced for what you get. The rooms are big, clean but as others mentioned nothing special and otherwise empty. The toilets are fine and the warm water worked well while we stayed there. It advertises itself as...

Nice set up with a courtyard that gives the illusion of being close to the beach. Helpful staff. The included breakfast is toast-jam/instant coffee or tea and juice. We brought some fruit and then is was just fine to start our day on. Rooms good, matrass excellent and quiet.

The reception checking in was friendly and quick. The room was spacious, simple, almost bare though. Not much decoration or frill. Bathroom was adequate. We had two full size beds (not sure why) that one of which we used to keep our clothing laid out. There was a closet with hangers available along with a large counter for storage I...

We stayed here on our last night in Tulum. The staff are welcoming and nice. The rooms are spacious and face into the court yard. Access to everything in the city is great. Nice little café and restaurants are easy to get too. The beds are a little uncomfortable. For the price if you are on a budget, they will...
