The hôtel is well situated, in a lovely garden. People are great, they have a lot of advice for you. Maybe the bed was a bit small but still, one of our best stays in Mexico. Hope to get back soon !!!

Nice people running this place. That said, we had room # 1 for a week, loud next to check-in, strong chemical smell in bathroom, tiny room, bed was hard as a rock and breakfast was the same thing for a week. Paid over a hundred bucks a night, way over priced

This is the second time we've stayed at the Secret Garden. Everyone is so nice and incredibly helpful. We love how easy it is to get to all that Tulum has to offer from here. Bowie and Maya are great to have around as well! I highly recommend this place!

Our stay at the Secret Garden was outstanding. We were greeted by Matias when we arrived, he sat us down with a map and started pointing out places he thought we might enjoy. Restaurants, Cenotes, secluded beach spots, mojitos and sunset locations. We used this map a as a reference for our whole visit and were never dissapointed. Matias and...

We stayed in the apartment which is on the other side of town from the hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We rented bikes and could easily travel between town, the cenotes, the beach and the ruins. We spent the second half of our vacation on the...

My partner and I stayed there on our long drive down to Mahahaul/Bacalar, in February. We had been in Tulum before, but never stayed in town. It truly was lovely, refreshing place. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable and I loved having breakfast in the garden in the morning.

I stayed at this darling little place on a girl's trip in Feb 2017. The price was right so we could all book our own rooms which was nice to have some quiet time to ourselves. We loved the location of this little oasis, in the middle of town but private and peaceful. It was walking distance to shops and...

The best thing about Secret Garden is the staff: we asked for the best tips around the area and we got all we needed and more! Especially our host Matias was super helpful - we asked him things to do that are relaxed, easy, cultural and local and what we ended up doing was: bike rental, cenotes, a lagoon, good...

We stayed at Secret Garden for two weeks in January. It's a cute little place with a wonderful garden which provides cozy little lounges for some piece and quiet. The staff is the most friendly and helpful people one could meet. Itzel brightens the place with her beautiful smile and she has been tremendous in helping us with absolute everything...
