Room- simple, clean, comfortable Location- great walking access to the beach, shops, and restaurants Staff- fantastic. Tom went way out of his way to give us helpful advice and make the most of our time in Tulum. I can't wait to stay here again!

Las Palmas Maya was an unexpected gem in our trip!! It's a 3 min walk from the beach on a shady, quiet stretch of road. The rooftop suite and below room were extremely spacious and the beds super comfortable. The electricity and running water were in perfect condition though they do ask you to limit use when you're not in...

Clean rooms and in a great location on Tulum beach for the price. No A/C however there are fans available. The manager Tom is the key to your experience, he is extremely helpful and never led us astray with his recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful time in Tulum!

We were four women staying at the Treetop Suite and really enjoyed the location, the staff and our room. We felt very safe and had all of our questions answered anytime we needed some help from Tom! I really enjoy simple accommodations when I travel because what's the point in traveling if you're going to be surrounded with all the...

This little hotel is a great find and I would highly recommend staying here. Tom was a great host and full of great little tips for the area. We stayed at Las Palmas Maya a few times in November and December when we were travelling in the area. We are a family of 5 and the room configurations worked perfect....

My daughter and I had the great pleasure of staying at LPM for 6 nights. Tom (the proprietor) was a great host. He helped to ensure an amazing week. His excursion recommendations and firsthand assistance was extremely helpful. We visited 3 cenotes (make sure you see Sac Actun!), Sian Ka'an biosphere (great day!), and both the Tulum and Coba ruins...

My family of 4 (kids 12 & 8) recently spent 5 nights in the Tree Top Suite at Las Palmas Maya. We were all extremely pleased with the accommodation, the cleanliness of the room, the service we received from Tom and his staff, and the atmosphere of the small jungle-side inn. We felt like we were living in a treehouse...

Our group of 3 stayed here for 1 week and absolutely loved it. Compared with other hotels in Tulum it is reasonably priced, and just across the road from the beach which is convenient, really great location. No air con but there are fans provided which were fine. 24 hour electricity, wifi and hot water. There are bikes available to...

Our family of 3 recently returned from a 4 night stay at LPM. As many of the reviews have previously indicated, Tom is a wonderful host, and he graciously assisted us in arranging day trips to Coba, cenotes, and also the Sian Ka'an Bio reserve. We enjoyed the jungle-like setting of our accommodation: buildings and grounds were very well kept;...
