My husband and I arrive to this hostel because of the location , who is very close to the archeological site of Tulum, te administration of this hostel has just change and the new owners are just very relax and cool people, they lent us bikes and that was a very good way to go to the archeological site (there... What makes this hostel good and unique is the free rental bike option, which saves you lot of money. It allows you get everywhere you need easily and for free, from the ruins, cenotes and city center. In addition, the staff is nice, specially Julio in the reception. But the main problem of this hostel is the mosquitos. They got... More

We originally booked to stay here for 6 nights and lost track of days without realizing and ended up staying 7. The staff were great about this and made no fuss about us staying an extra night without advising them. The room had a huge bed and everything we needed for our time in Tulum. The free bike rentals were... More

The owner of this hotel is not very friendly, I know for a fact that He does not Speak English nor does his staff. I know as one of the conditions with booking.com This states that someone has to speak the english language or they cannot be on the booking.com website. First off the resort is about an 1 hour... I don't feel like recommending this place for several reasons. Our room was number 0. It was quite large but dark and the furniture was so old and the tab and shower full of limestone... I didn't feel quite comfortable in it... The room was a sort of bungalow in a little garden, and once I found quite a big... More

A major advantage of staying in this hostel is the free bike rental that they provide. The best way to get around Tulum is on bikes and you save yourself a decent amount by not having to rent one. The staff are really nice and happy to help you. If you are just after a chilled time seeing the sights... More

I had a private room here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The price is more than affordable and includes free use of bikes and complimentary breakfast. Plus you can use the kitchen if you want to. It is conveniently located so guests can ride bikes to the beach, to town, or the nearby cenotes. The room was clean... More

We enjoyed a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in this lovely hotel. We took bikes out every day and enjoyed being able to cook meals for ourselves. The position of this hotel is such that that there is always a lovely breeze, which was very cooling after the hot suffocating heat on the beach.Jaime very kindly went out of his... More

Nice and cheap. Kitchen can get a little dirty. And one of the reception guys is quite rude and unhelpful. He seems very grumpy. Also a bit misleading, if you pay for an aircon room. You have to prepay for the aircon in addition. The private rooms are really nice though, and good location right opposite massive supermarket. As Tulum... More
