we loved the laid-back, friendly atmosphere of la vita e bella. Everyone was super forthcoming and helpful. Our little daughter was spoiled by the waiter and she loved the beautiful animals and figures that Griselda would create with our fresh towels and flowers. What an outstanding talent. The cabanas were clean and right on the beach. The water was perfect...

We had a perfectly enjoyable and restful time. The “bungalow” on the beach was just that, with a perfect panorama of the Carribean and the coastline. I would call it a spectacular view. The sea breezes made it comfortable day and night. The "bungalow" was very comfortable, and the staff provided clean linens and cleaned it very well every day....

We have been to La Vita e Bella twice now and both times were great experiences. The cabanas are nice and clean and just a stones throw from the beach. I laugh at some of the reviews on here and their complaints. The great thing about Tulum is that it is very eco friendly and you go there to unplug...

Me and my friend stayed for a week at this wonderful place. I have read a lot of reviews and do not understand those who had a bad experience. We got the "topfloor" bungalow, with the best view, waking up to the sunrise every day, had the best service, had most of our excellent meals in the nice restaurant and...

Me and my girlfriend booked a cavana this August for 6 nights.. and we prefered to stay 4.. (enough believe me). The place is beautiful, good beach near tulum ruinas. BUT the cavanas are very old.. the wood and the roof is very old.. and at 12pm the bugs come out, so you need to sleep under the net.. but...

We want to thank this guest for his review. We are gratified that he enjoyed the beauty of the beach and the nearness of the Mayan Ruins at Tulum. Scheduled 12 pm “Bugs”? I believe that Trip Advisor readers are intelligent and can see what is happening here. The guest visited the hotel in August and waited until January to...

This is by far the nicest stretch of beach in Tulum: long, wide, clean and not a rock to be seen. The cabanas are small and rustic and not at all bad. My wife and I and our 5 children stayed for two weeks. We got used to the electricity going off during the day as there's not much you...

La Vita e Bella Hotel is indeed on the nicest stretch of Beach in Tulum. The beach is long, wide and clean without rocks as on most other Tulum beaches. It is one of the most spectacular beaches in the Riviera Maya and has a major Mayan archeological site only about 600 yards away. La Vita is in the Federal...

Summary of a long story below: very unfriendly manager, bad beds, bugs and overpriced. As we were travelling in Central America and did not have internet connection prior to arrival, we relied on the review in the Lonely Planet. We better had not… Upon arrival we were greeted very friendly by a male receptionist originally from Mexico City. He showed...

We try to meet the requests of all guests in a timely manner. Our efforts are most times rewarded with content guests and...

We stayed at La Vita E Bella for the 6th time this November and it didn't disappoint in any way. In fact, some new cabanas had been built (one of which we were put in) in exactly the same style as the old ones. Very simple 'rustic' accomodation but perfectly comfortable and there is always plenty of hot water, and...

This is hands down one of the nicest locations on earth. The beach is pristine, the water crystal clear, the restaurant delicious, the staff incredibly friendly. They even had a large projector to catch the World Cup games! We stayed in a private suite with our own bathroom (I think it was room 4) for only $100 US per night...

Thank you for your review of La Vita e Bella Hotel. The normal low season price is $125 USD. Your stay at La Vita was in the low season of June when we had a special rate of $100 USD per night for the World Cup. We often run "Specials" such as stay 5 nights and get a free 6th...

La Vita e Bella is a wonderful paradise right on the beach! The restaurant had great food and service. Try the ceviche, it's the best I ever had! The pizza is also great if you are looking for a change from mexican food, don't forget a fresh mojito! The bungalows were everything I expected, super clean and Griselda (the hotel...
