The place is ok, I have to be honest, not the most amazing, and could definitely be improved, but the price was very very cheap, the dorms have A/C, there's a cool new pool, and they offer free breakfast and free bikes (which saves you around 70-100 pesos a day). And the position is also nice, as it's 5 mins...

the lobo inn hostel is a hostel next to the tulum ruins and very close to an amazing beach! you can rent a bike for free and breakfast is included and it changes every day! It's delicious. The dorms are big and with A/C, the pool is also nice and the owner is very friendly. You can also rent snorkel...

Lobo Inn was fairly quiet while I stayed 4 nights here. Lots of outdoor seating, pool aswell although I didn't swim. The selling point for me was the free bike use. You have to bike everywhere in Tulum, so saving about 70-100pesos a day was fantastic. Plus you can use the mask for free to take to cenotes or swiming...

Free breakfast and free bikes made the deal here. It was super easy to get there from Playa Del Carmen by Collectivo, the vans will stop at the Ruins which is right next to Lobo Inn. Super easy to get around once you have your bike! Close to the beach, and the ruins. I never saw the staff clean anything...

Liked this place a lot. Came with my girlfriend and ended up inviting some other friends to join us. Free bike rentals, small breakfast included. Well priced and neet private rooms ( definitely worth paying a bit extra each for). Will come back

I've stayed at Lobo Inn before, decent option for a night or 2. Big dorms, I was in the ground-level dorm this time, no natural light, no air circulation, but AC. And like last time, everyone had their laundry hanging all over their beds, which made it pretty stale and dank. A few kms outside of the town, bikes are...

The Lobo Inn provides basic accommodation convenient to the town of Tulum, the ruins, and the beach. The trick to staying in Tulum is that you will want to spend time both in town and at the beach which are several kilometers apart. The best way to do this is by bicycle, and free daily use of a bicycle is...

Nice oocation near the mayan ruins, neither pricey or cheap. The dorm is big and with AC, with at least 20 people in high season. It is a little far from Tulum's downtown so you can borrow a bike. Cleanness depends on the time of the day that you enter the bathroom, not a fun spot to meet people as...

I've been to Lobo under the old and the new management, really lil ethe place, quick bike ride to the ruins and one of the most immaculate beaches I've ever been to in my life. The owners are very friendly and helpful, quick combo (van) ride to tulum for supplies or dinner out. Really love the place either way.
