In spite of the rain and storms, we spent two days and nights at Binna Burra in the cutest cabin with some friends sharing nearby. We had the most amazing stay, walked, talked, chilled, ate..oh boy did we eat. The staff were like old friends, happy, helpful, fun, interesting and fabulous service. The food is so well presented, loads of...

I had read some comments about the need for some TLC to spruce up the buildings. Instead I discovered that , as usual, the people make the place not inanimate things. Our group arrived well after the dining room had closed for dinner. Rather than leave us some snacks the staff all stayed and prepared a great meal. The next...

Beautiful Acacia Room overlooking the valley. Lovely homely atmosphere with fantastic food and a chance to meet other guests for after dinner discussion and hear about the history of the lodge. Staff were passionate and knowledgeable about the background history and environment. The whole vibe of the Lodge is quaint and beautiful complete with logcabins and shingle rooves. Definitely warrants...

If you are after luxury ... go elsewhere. Binna Burra Mountain Lodge offers far more. It gives quality and value for your $. The rooms do go from basic to more upmarket with a spa. However, this is the place to go bushwalking, bird watching, eating great food and meeting the nicest people. The staff are fantastic and accommodating. I...

Very over rated. One star quality for a 3- 4 star price. The room leaked soaking the spare toilet rolls. The room smelled of continual damp and musty smell (asthmatic beware).Everything in the room felt damp, even our clothes. While room was generally clean, there were lots of cobwebs in the bathroom, room and especially behind the curtains. The walls...

We have stayed at Binna Burra many times over the past 30+ years. Were disappointed with our most recent stay as part of an IPT group. Standard of meals has plummeted: we were offered an RSL style buffet dinner, with food supposedly kept hot in a Bain Marie. Dessert on the first night was very spartan: a little tired fruit...

My wife and I stayed late February for a two night deal (Spring special) that included dinner and breakfast each day in an Acacia Room. We had room 16 which was the end of the row, and quite secluded. The room had a little balcony with lovely views over the mountains. The Acacia rooms have copped a bit of flack...

My husband and I spent a wonderful 2 nights at Binna Burra. So many highlights from beautiful scenery, delicious food and lovely staff. We absolutely loved the two guided walks we did on Wednesday with our guide Candice - she was great and pointed out so much to us on our walk that I know we'd have simply walked straight...

I had some visitors in Australia from the USA and Binna Burra was on the list of places to visit. What a wonderful time we had. We had booked the Sky Lodge and we were thrilled to bits. The view from our rooms were fantastic including the room from the bath in my ensuite as I had booked a studio...
