rooms were nice enough , sea / beach absolutly filthy - not usable , staff very nice and very helpful , quite a long way out from shops - cost about £20 each way to kk , gets very busy at weekends with locals using pool ect , no bar or sunloungers which would both be a massive boost for...

The hotel is good, but few things you need to consider before booking the hotel. The hotel is not in central part of the city. It is around 30 minutes drive away from Kota Kinabalu city. The beach is not clean. The water is not clean too. But the hotel has a nice lawn and a swimming pool. It has...

The room was a "house-styled". Needs serious rebovation to become competitive. Not well maintained. Terrible wifi coverage. The place is quite small. If not because of the beach, nobody will go here. Breakfast buffet was nice though but that's it! The room price's of RM150++ for sure not worth it. TV channels subscribed were different in every room. Definitely insane!

It took me by surprise that the pool was open to the public, no privacy at all. It was a dissapointment. Food selection was limited. I wouldnt have even given it a 1 star rating if its possible but the apps insist I should.

We had a nice weekend break from the city at Borneo Paradise, only a short drive from KK. Beautiful spot and sunset. The resort and our timing (very low tides) also gave us the opportunity to walk onto dry sand a long way out, all the way to the nearby Montukod island, for an unusual and memorable experience. Service in...

Was at this little resort not far from KK city for a short break during CNY holidays. The resort is simple with very much family oriented which was ideal for our 2 kids. The resort is generally well maintained and the room was clean with basic amenities even though it looks like it's due for a fresh refab. Not much...

The view was so relaxing and very peaceful. I feel so peaceful in Borneo Paradise Beach Resort. Room was big and clean. Food was great. Must try the seafood kuey teaw goreng. It was fantastic. We ordered it several times. The children loved the mushroom soup. Fish and chips was awesome. Children loved the swimming pool. Staff was very helpful.

Lobby is airy and bright. Nice local deco. Rooms are quite dusty. Toilet is gross. The water doesn't drain well outside the shower area. Lighting in toilet is bad and eerie (extra story: the lid moves by itself). Staff is friendly. Pool is big and deep (170cm++) but has moss. Garden is big but insects are bountiful (well, this is...
