We stopped here for a night in June after spotting it on the internet. The reviews and pictures on the website looked great. We were shown to our room which was lovely. We thought the bio-pool was great as was the food in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast. It was a quaint place that seemed relaxed and easy going with amusing local staff. Unfortunately the bathroom was disgustingly dirty! Really dirty! I politely asked front of house to get it cleaned within 15 minutes of arrival, I didn't want a fuss just a clean bathroom but very little effort was made to rectify the issue. It was such a shame as other than this it was lovely and if the bathroom cleanlilness improved we would go back.

This hotel is an absolute hidden gem, located off the beaten track, but just 15 minutes from the shores of Lake Garda. We stayed 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The welcoming staff, the wonderful breakfast, the luxurious air-conditioned rooms, the eco pool (with resident croaking frogs) all make this place so special - in fact, one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at in Italy. It only has about a dozen rooms, so feels very personal. Breakfast sets you up for the day with freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, quality yoghurt, cereals/granola, fresh fruit, salami & cheeses, cheesecake and tea/coffee. Eggs are cooked fresh. All served in a relaxing courtyard with no feeling of being rushed. Perfect. The pool area is so relaxing. Good quality sun beds, plenty of sun umbrellas and enough space for everyone. No need to reserve beds! The pool itself is lovely to swim in and beautiful to look at. We used the hotel as a base to visit a number of towns on the lake - Limone, Tori del Benaco, Gardone Riviera, Sermione and even Lake Iseo. All are within an hour’s drive (you will need a car to get around). We will undoubtedly return. We’re missing Villa dei Campi already.

Visited this hotel as our last night of our holiday traveling around northern Italy and it made the most spectacular end to our holiday. The hotel is magnificent and I can only say I wish we could have stayed longer! This hotel took them 7 years to compete and you understand why when you stay here, everything is done extremely well! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was really good and great value. You will need a car to get around from this hotel but we didn't want to leave it was so relaxing. I loved the eco pool which was warm and didn't leave you with a stench of chlorine. The highlight though has got to be the staff that couldn't do enough for you. I would recommend this hotel time and time again and will definitely be staying again in future!
