The service is fantastic. I had the presidential suite and it is very spacious and comfortable. I celebrated My husband's birthday and the staff decorated the room and offered wine. The location is awesome and everything is in walking distance. The breakfast at Quissa cafe was also awesome. The view from the room was very good. Market, Chinese Nets, Vascodagama square, Kathakali Center and every thing is just few minutes walk away. I will always recommend this room to everyone and would definitely go and stay there whenever I go to Kochi.

Great rooms, great food, lovely atmosphere, lovely staff. They also have a club and a sports bar which also does karaoke nights, both had a great vibe. The location couldn’t be better as mostly all tourist places are nearby.

Also, thanks to Roy for his hospitality.

Very bad experience. The bearer was interfering unnecessarily. Looked in an indecent manner and talked sarcastically. Food was not at all good. Price was very high. I am 100% sure that those who want to have food peacefully will not come again. Funny thing is that the number given in bill is not responsible. When called for complaining he says he is not related to the hotel. Later found the concerned person and talked. Replied that he will take action. God knows.

The most disgracefully filthy hotel I have ever booked to stay, the room was still filthy after it was cleaned twice, the pool area is not fit for humans. I stayed for 1.5 hours, then left. Yes, it that bad. The photo's on the website do not represent the truth.of the condition of the hotel. I recommend do not stay at this hotel until it has a full refurbishment or pulled.down.

A central location and a relatively modern building with large open hallways and generous sized rooms with a/c which cannot be controlled .but looks can be deceiving.the rooms have opulent fittings but the workmanship is poor.hot water takes at least 10 minutes to arrive at the shower.also,it's killer sales point is it's location beside the bus station and opposite the cop shop.it seems like the architect forgot to specify double glazing.
Regarding amenities .the coffee shop is sometimes open and has a very limited choice, but good coffee.the restaurant does not seem to have a menu and I suppose is just dish of the day ,if at all.the library lounge has not one book and just seems to be open space.
Combine this with a general laisser faire attitude by staff and you've got a weapon that could kill off the already declining tourist market in this area.
An absolute disgrace.but with good management and a bit of flair, panache and charisma ,and maybe a plumber for a few days ,it could be a gem

Awesome place to stay. Beautifully styled. Will surely visit here again. Staff very friendly and beds are heavenly. Perfect location. Shean and Achu are such assets.
Needs a bit of maintenance and wish there was a pool. Loved the food and the variety of it.

the rooms are completely overpriced, and the AC wasn't working. The breakfast was terrible while the waiters were indifferent. The only thing going for this hotel is the location and the friendly reception staff

I am regularly coming to No 18 Hotel for the past one year and it has improved quite good now. The air condition is working well. The food varieties are much improved and taste is so good. The hospitality of the staff also good, similarly housekeeping too. Soothing natural beauty in around the hotel .Nice place to spend the time in peaceful manner. All the staffs especially Anwar, Aswathy, Selma are friendly & cooperative in nature.
