Sicily has been on our wish list for years. Our choice to stay at La Cirasella, 1. 000 m up the Etna slopes, greatly added to the indeed great experience the island turned out to be. The warm welcome already started during booking. Where Laura went out of her way to provide near instant help with all our questions. When...

My friend Anne and I spent a fews days there and everything was perfect. Laura is a very nice person and a great cooker! Amazing food ;=) Laura and Giuseppe helped us a lot as we have no car to travel around Sant' Alfio. Grazie Mille! I definitely recommend this place for holidays close to nature ;=)

We spent 2 days at Cirasella Etna, and enjoyed a lot being there, surrounded by nature, welcomed by Laura and Giuseppe, a very relaxing experience in an authentic farm, the room equipped with the necessary (especially a wood burner particularly useful), and delicious meals cooked by Laura served generously). Very close to the Etna and its northern face starting point...

The farm is located in Etna park so convenient for exploring all that Etna has to offer. It has plenty of delicious fresh fruit (apricots, cherries, and donut peaches) that you can pick yourself. The rooms are spacious but basic (not a place you want to spend the day in) and very cool which is great to escape the heat...

We recently stayed here for 5 days. Could have stayed forever. Laura is the beautiful lady who runs Cirasella Etna. Wonderful woman who creates the most delicious food. She makes breakfast for you with home made bread, jams, eggs, and an abundance of other mostly organic and delicious food. She will also make dinner for you on request and I...

Yearning to fully immerse yourself in the green environment and to treat yourself a relaxing getaway from the hassles of your usual workloads and surroundings? This is the fundamental reason why I have chosen this place - Cirasellaetna. And it didn't let me down. Location - though it is slightly away from the comune and the major villages, you will...

How to review this place? I really enjoyed our stay, but there are serious drawbacks that may not suit everyone. Don't expect smart rooms like a hotel, or even an up to date B&B. This is more like staying with friends - you need a relaxed attitude. Laura and Giuseppe are informal hosts, and on arrival we were welcomed into...

Laura and Pippo operate one of the most beautiful farmhouses around the Etna. Even in high season a trekking holiday is not a problem, because the altitude of 1000 meters provides clear, fresh and not too warm air. Evening you can enjoy beautiful evenings on the terrace with very pleasant temperatures. The heat and stifling night of Catania and Taormina...

We loved the quiet, the food and the warm welcome of Laura, her partner and the many cats! A wonderful place to stay!
