We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Calderoni. The location was extremely convenient to the center of town but without the noise of being too close. The breakfast each morning gave us an opportunity to meet and get to know other guests whom we really enjoyed. This was a highlight. Ben and Merry were very hospitable and welcoming. Most of...

My firlfriend and I spent a week in San Miguel and stayed at Casa Calderoni. It was my first trip to this lovely town. We stayed in the Matisse suite which was cozy with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. We couldn't get wifi in our rooms, but (when it was available) the signal in the sitting room just...

My husband and I recently spent four nights at Casa Calderoni and were very happy with our choice of San Miguel accommodation. This B&B is both classy and comfortable. Our immaculately kept and well appointed room was quiet with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The common living area is elegant and cozy. Individually prepared breakfasts are very nicely served at a...

From my first contact with Luis, to our exit yesterday, everything was perfect. We shared the Matisse Suite, and although the bathroom was a bit small, we managed, and everything was great. Located just a few blocks from the Parroquia, a great walk to fabulous restaurants, shops, you name it. Their breakfast is hearty and delicious (be sure to ask...

Owners are retired Texans, and the staff speaks English. It's located near the center of town in a quite area, you can't escape the church bells anywhere in town though. It's a good place to walk from to all the sites, plenty to see and do there. We're going back again next year. The only downer was that the bed...

Immediate good feeling, warm welcome and instant new friends. Luis has taken care of everything-- room is right, lay of the land info, intros, taxi n restaurant reservations, tour suggestions, etc. Merry and Ben are terrific... Openly sharing stories of SMA, past visitors, personal life experiences-- who as long time owners, don't need to breakfast with guest everyday, but do....

This is a good place to stay and is operated by Ben and Mary Calderoni who are from Texas. We've stayed there three times and we're always treated well and enjoyed our stay. The best room is on the Rooftop! Great views of SMA and a wonderful place to hang out in the sun. Breakfasts are great and either Ben...

This bed and breakfast was a real treat. When we first arrived, we were warmly greeted by Luis, the manager, concierge, host and all around helping hand, who showed us around the Casa. The lobby and courtyard area are gorgeous with lots of flowers and decorations. Off of a sitting area is a television room/business office with a computer. Note...

So many positives to say! Best of all is Luis, the manager/concierge, who is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with just about anything you need to know about San Miguel. Location is an easy walk to the center of town. The top floor room, Paul Gauguin, is a bit small but has a huge patio and terrace with great city views....

Casa Calderoni is a warm and welcoming bed and breakfast which is extremely well-located. Just 3 blocks from the famous Parroquia (Parish Church) and The Jardin (the central plaza), the walk is flat all the way to the "action" in a town known for its hills. Case Calderoni is also only a block from the Bibliotecha (Library), known for its...
