Stayed one night while walking the Wales Coast Path. Quite a way from the path itself, about a kilometer, so not a good location for the WCP with the extra miles added on and having to walk into the village and back in the rain for an evening meal. But a very good B&B; big spacious modern room with a...

Perfection all round. It's in a quiet and pleasant area, not far from the sea or the village centre. It' s a characterful new build where everything is squeaky clean. Plenty of parking, and pleasant garden. We had the twin room; very spacious, with a separate seating/ tv area. Plenty of t& c and kettle. Bathroom had bath and shower...

100%. Breakfasts were particularly good, perhaps the best B&B breakfasts I have had. It is worth mentioning that though this is on the outskirts of Llanfairfechan, on the edge of surrounding farmland, there is a very good bus service from outside the door, and the train service (the railway station is less than 1 km away) is good too...easy for...

The Owens were wonderful hosts from our arrival, Comfy beds, fantastic breakfast , Thoughtful detail with provision of toiletries and access to a comfortable lounge to relax after a day out walking and birdwatching in this scenic area. Visited the area before, our first stay here. It will not be our last.

We recently stayed here for two nights in the twin room recently mentioned with a big bathroom. The house is immaculate and we loved our stay here. The couple are very hospitable and bend over backwards to please their guests. The beds were very comfortable and it is very quiet here. Breakfast was perfect with a huge choice to choose...

We had an extremely warm welcome from Annwen and Arwel on our arrival. Our room was superb with lovely views and so so clean. A choice of times for breakfast which was delicious with a huge selection of fruits, cereals and any any choice of cooked. Very comfy bed too. Can't wait for our next visit.

This is a lovely base for exploring Snowdownia. You'll get a warm welcome, comfortable, spacious & clean room and an amazing breakfast. I would stay here again if I return to the area. A note to add is that they don't take card payments - which could be a problem for business travellers.

We stayed at Y Gellis for two days this week and had a lovely stay. The room we had was large with a refurbished en suite and it's own separate dressing room. In response to Sue J's review, the owners are having a house built in the garden, so there was building work going on but it didn't start till...
