Honestly the room is pretty small for the price but everything is perfect otherwise. The staff is nice and helpful, the bathroom is spotless and the view, when cloudless, is magnificent. The breakfast is OK but notthing to talk about (except the croissants). The quality of the food at the restaurant on the other hand is fabulous.

Many thanks for your comments. Yes some room look a little tiny but they are 3*** standard rooms. You liked our restaurant wich is appreciable for us to know. We will upgrade our breakfast now, because we will work with local farmers for milk , yogourts, white cheese etc, & we will open it with gluten free produces; hope to...

We stayed here in late September when the little town of Gedre pretty much shuts down. The weather, birdwatching and walking were all good in the area so the hotel's location was excellent. The views are spectacular and the hotel itself is clean, modern and well run. Staff are friendly and English is spoken. Our room size was adequate for...

This hotel was lovely in a lovely little village. Our room was great with a great window in it and the bathroom is modern and clean. The dining room was beautiful and service equally so. My boyfriend is a celiac and they very nicely offered some options. When we checked in our luggage had not arrived and the lovely women...

We had booked a suite, which turned out to be a normal room with a silly extra bit containing two small chairs and a coffee table. Although we were right on the main road, traffic noise faded by mid-evening and was minimal through the night. However, overall we thought it was fairly poor value for the price we paid.

a very nice hotel...but ! the rooms are very small. the hotel is modern, very clean and the service was great. the hotel located in Gedre about 20 minutes by car from cauteret i think they charge very high rates for a far located hotel. they have free parking and wi fi in the room.

Although the options in the area for places to stay are somewhat limited, this hotel worked great. It is convenient for seeing the Cirque de Garvarnie and the Pic du Midi. The rooms are not dance, but clean and comfortable. We had a delicious French country dinner in the hotel.

We stayed here june3-10 with Naturetrek. The beds were excellent just what was needed after walking all day. The food was French country cooking at its best. Wine could be kept for a 2nd night enabling us to sample several delicious wines - good wine list. Knowledgeable staff.

Our room was very spacious - walk-in closet, anteroom with chairs and a desk, bedroom with another desk, WC and separate shower/sink room. Three windows opened wide onto alpine air and views. We found the comforter a bit hot for the season - I'm sure we could have had something lighter on request. We were with a tour which stayed...

We were part of a wildlife focused group that had the entire hotel for a weeks' stay. The location excellent for visiting the high pyrenees as it's virtually on the doorstep! The hosts are very friendly,multi-lingual and aim to please. Our room was quite large, I believe the rooms at the back are bigger than the front rooms, we still...

We spent a night at this hotel on our way to cirque de gavarnie. The room was so small we couldn't open our suitcase. The toilet was dripping. The corridor smelled of cooked bacon. For what we received it was relatively expensive especially that it did not include breakfast.

Dear guest, If everybody like you asked the reception to have plates & use it in the bedroom for eating, of course it will smell bacon or anything else. We know that some rooms are not so big , but they have a 3*** standard size, probably for more space you have to go in a 4 **** hotel &...
