A True all inclusive luxury resort, for adults only! I loved spending all day at the pool, I loved that they offered 2 heated pools! I had everything at my finger tips , I loved that I can order anything from the restaurant menu and get it delivered to my beach/pool chair! They keep you hydrated bye providing fresh water and drinks by pool side and swim up. I also enjoyed watching the Whales early in the morning, Le Blanc is a great spot to sit in the pool or your balcony and see them. I spend majority of my other time in the spa since hydro therapy it’s included plus the massages are so good love! My butler Fernando went about and Beyond for me and did everything I wished for. Food and drinks are top notch make sure to try out the fresh drinks at the pool side. I only have positive things to say everything was very pleasant and I thank the staff for always being on point! Covid testing was gentle and fast and was ready to head back home with my negative test!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was and how special everyone at LeBlanc makes you feel! LeBlanc's greatest asset is the staff. Everyone you come in contact with is warm and friendly. There is always a smile, and a willingness to help in any way they can to make your experience the best it can be. That being said I would like to acknowledge those who stood out as being the best at what they do! Our butler Abraham...I could go on and on about him! What a delightful young man. His attention to detail and level of professionalism makes him a perfect representation of LeBlanc. We so enjoyed getting to know him. Those who were responsible for our fantastic pool days were, Sebastian, Jesus, Karen, Locadio and Miguel. We enjoyed their accommodation and fantastic personalities! Susana made a spa experience so special! Alberto at the International restaurant was our server several times and was the best! We so enjoyed chatting with him. Julio and Ulyses made Ocean restaurant one of our favorite places to dine. We couldn't have asked for more when it came to Asia restaurant! Ulises and Roberto made our two dining experiences there unique and fantastic. Many, many thanks to Daniel, Alvaro and Rafael at Lumiere that went above and beyond our expectations for our last evening's dining experience. It was memorable to say the least! We didn't say good-bye, we said see you again!

During the pandemic, we were worried about travel. I can say without any hesitation that we felt completely safe at LeBlanc. I have stayed 75 nights at very large US chain hotels since July 2020, and the precautions taken at LeBlanc were many standards higher than I experienced in the US, and all guests were respectful of the rules. Hand sanitizer is offered at all restaurants, and the spa and fitness center schedules appointments to avoid overcrowding. Our vacation was absolutely amazing and beyond any experience, we have had at other 5 star resorts. The resort itself is new and well maintained as you would expect at a luxury hotel, but the staff and their commitment to ensuring you have a fantastic time is what separates this resort from others. The experience started before we arrived with our Diamond Concierge, Fabian, assisting us with scheduling reservations and other activities. Our the day of our departure, a snowstorm canceled our flight and we had to make multiple last-minute changes to our reservation. Fabian was extremely responsive to all our requests. Once we arrived, Fabian coordinated our calendar of activities with our butlers, Ararath and Omar. Every guest has a butler from 7 am to 11 pm. These gentlemen were the incredible duo who consistently found new ways to individualize our experiences. It was our 27th anniversary and throughout the day, Fabian, Ararath and Omar found ways to celebrate the event. These experiences started with Eric, the night room service attendant, delivering our morning coffee with rose pedals. At the pool, we had Cabana 40 (next to the beach and pool) and in the evening a private romantic dinner by beach coordinated by the Oceans manager, Ulises. When we returned to the room, there were rose petals throughout our room and a bottle of champagne with chocolates. The LeBlanc culinary experience is highly rated and the praise is well deserved. We appreciated that guests were respectful of the dress code. I would recommend reserving a wine pairing dinner at Lumiere, as well as an ala carte meal if you enjoy French cuisine. Daniel, the manager, can assist you with dinner selections, but he is also excellent in his wine recommendations. The wines from Mexico are a wonderful addition to any meal. And, he has a great singing voice. BlancAsia was a favorite place to enjoy the Catch of the Day sashimi and Asian fusion dishes. The only downside is that there is only one sake selection. BlancOcean is on the beach and you can enjoy fresh seafood as you listen to the waves. Ulises, the manager, is a happy guy who will make you feel special as he guides you through the menu. Ocean was also our go-to place for breakfast. There aren't too many places that you can enjoy a glass of cafe helado and have breakfast while watching the whales and dolphins. My bonus was to also receive a morning Spanish lesson from Jaime, a member of the wait staff. BlancItalia's Chef Rubin and Manager Daniel also created an amazing meal after we enjoyed a wine tasting event with Sommelier Israel. Once again we met someone extremely passionate about their job, and the excitement of wine was contagious. Israel has extensive knowledge about the wines, but his ability to teach the components of wine tasting added a new appreciation and enjoyment of the wine. I highly recommend one of his tastings. Before we headed back to the room, we stopped at Fire to meet Rosario (waitress), Alejandro, and Jesus (bartenders) to get our end-of-the-night martinis. If you are a martini drinker, you will appreciate the perfect mix created by these two guys. We never left the property. The pool and beach were all that we needed to relax and recover from the stress of the pandemic. After a few days, the staff know you by name and remember your favorites. Carlos, Sebastian (you can see his smile from across the pool), Rudolfo, Ulises, and all the others work to ensure you have a perfect day in the sun. Infinity poolside chairs that face the ocean are usually filled at 7 am as people come down and place their towels to reserve their spots. If you have a special event, I recommend renting Cabana 8. It's the end cabana that faces the ocean and the pool. A bottle of champagne will be provided for your celebration. Make sure you get a specialty drink from David, the pool bartender that comes around with his own cart and blends amazing flavors into a refreshing drink. There is also a group of people that you will not see, but most likely they will assist you during your stay. The Hospitality staff members add another layer of service coordination in addition to the concierge and butlers. You can reach them on the phone, but I loved the LeBlanc text service. Every morning, before sunrise, I would chat with Sol, Alejandra, or Juan Carlos. They became my Spanish teachers as I tried to text in Espanol. I am a big fan of the LeBlanc resort and all the amenities. My highest praise goes to the staff who work to create experiences that become happy memories. Recently stayed at Le Blanc Cabo San Lucas. The customer service was top notch. The facilities were so nice and the beds were absolutely dreamy. The pools were nice, good gym, nice spa, well kept facility. They went above and beyond to service the guests. The food on the other hand was just ok. There's a lot of room for improvement especially the in room dining menu. The main restaurant for breakfast, though a nice setting, the food was average. Even though the food left me underwhelmed, the customer service at the resort was just so good that I would visit again. We didn't want to leave.

My husband and I have stayed at a Palace resort in the past and when deciding to visit Cabo we chose Le Blanc. He knows how I LOVE spas, so it was wonderful to have the option of the daily hydro therapy as an extra treat. Make sure to give yourself at least an hour! We loved our visit, it was quiet, peaceful and we felt really comfortable with the Covid procedures. Every day at the pool there were immediately so many to help us and pamper us all day. I can't remember everyone, but Rodolfo, Miguel, Jesus, Sebastian, Angel and Locadio were some we remembered for their attention to detail. Even when we'd be in the spa our waiter would come deliver a fresh drink to us without us even asking! We reserved a cabana one day (it came with champagne) and our waiter offered to send it up to our room since we had not ordered it. When we arrived in the room, there it was waiting for us on ice! Our amazing butlers from the 8th floor David and A??? (sorry) were wonderful. Always jumped up to greet us if they were in the office, always knew our plan for the day, where we were eating, spa appts. etc. They were so attentive. At the spa I so enjoyed our couples massage! I hate that I can't remember the names of our two therapists, but they were amazing. I did make sure to pay attention on my second visit, Jenifer the host was lovely and Celina gave me a wonderful facial. We enjoyed nearly all the restaurants, Lumier was our favorite. They had such lovely flavors and delicious wine paired with our meal. We had a fun evening for Chinese New Year on our first night, it was so fun to see the staff so carefully set up for the event. That was one thing we enjoyed from our vantage point on the 8th floor, all the set up of events (Valentines Day, a few weddings.) The staff worked like clockwork to get these up and down. Our visit to International was very nice and when my picky hubby asked for a Caesar salad they said they didn't serve it. He got something else, but to our surprise they came out with his salad. Just a small thing, but going above and beyond. THANKS CARLOS! Each evening we went to one of the bars for a drink, usually Fire. We are so appreciative to the staff there for the delicious drinks, many of the best we had! All in all, the trip was wonderful. The room was lovely, the grounds well maintained inside and out. The staff from the adorable little gal in the bathrooms, the Covid testers, baristas, housekeeping staff that left us little treats, the friendly guys in the driveway greeting our Uber.... they all made our stay amazing. Plus, the whales frolicking every day was such an added treat too. It only took us 6 days to book our next Le Blanc visit. See you in July!
