This is a charming, well-run small hotel located right in San Jose Viejo. I walked all around the old town to explore everyday, and I was lucky enough to be staying at Posada Terranova on September 16th for Mexico's Independence Day. We woke up early that morning to the sounds of the children of all the schools being marched through...

Great location near 16 century Church, stores of all types and near ocean. never had problem with bites or bugs so just to let you know. Staff for the most speak English or will direct you to staff members who can. Food taste great like East Los Angeles but also have fish all types at great prices.

My friend and I went to this place for one night before continuing our trip to San Lucas. A good surprise, the place is nice, people are great, food is good, and all of it for a reasonable price. The two negative points were the poor quality of the WiFi and the random attendance of the receptionist.

Checked into room 12. Hotel appears clean, but woke up to bed bugs at 11:30 pm. Packed up and got the hell out of the hotel. I am hoping that I did not bring any home. I took as much precautions as possible See two other reviews where they note bed bugs in room 12 starting 12/3/15. Hotel needs to...

We stayed in room 12 for on 23 Jan 2016. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town art district. Staff was pleasant, with secure parking. All was fine until I got bitten terribly by bed bugs or something similar. I suffered for 10 days and had to get a steroid shot from a dermatologist. Now, I read that...

I had a couple of extra days on the back end of our vacation and wanted to spend it touring San Jose art district. Found this little quaint hotel on trip advisor, the price was right and location was excellent for sightseeing the art district and shops. Restaurants... so I booked for two nights. The hotel has a nice little...

This hotel has potential. However potential needs to utilized. I stayed at this hotel in February with extended family for one night and then we moved to another hotel. Both rooms, and I saw both rooms had some issues. The room on the main floor had a window that was partially open that would not budge in either direction. I...

We spent a weekend in this hotel with the whole family when traveling to Los Cabos, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're not looking for anything fancy. They have all the basic requirements for an hotel, rooms were clean and the breakfast choice was OK.

It is very good for a budget hotel. The rooms were nice and modern. It is an older hotel, but the rooms have modern bedding and amenities. I like a good, safe, budget hotel when I am traveling solo and sometimes even if I am with my husband. Of course budget travel isn't for everyone but it is good for...
