Me and my wife spend four nights there for our anniversary. Everyone from the lobby all the way to room service, oh and let’s not forget all the restaurants were extremely helpful, nice, and friendly. When my wife booked our vacation I was a bit skeptic on how beautiful the whole hotel including the beach and also the great service that we would receive. By the first night hi became a believer…LOL. Our next Days there were amazing. I like to mention several personal by name , Jonathan the yoga instructor , Rafael the lobby worker , Elias the bar tender at the pool , and Raul the lifeguard . Extremely friendly and helpful . Specifically Jonathan, which me and my wife enjoyed learning stretching exercises and the salsa dancing . Thanks Jonathan . Over all thank you from me and my wife for our wonderful stay at your resort. We hope to return some day. I would recommend hotel/resort to any one .…
I will be honest that we were initially skeptical about traveling during a pandemic and had concerns about being safe at the hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk personnel put us at ease by explaining the safety measures that are present and it was also evident from the people that were constantly cleaning high touch areas. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. We had booked in The Reserve and so our Concierge Yamileth met us at the front desk and explained the hotel and all that we needed to know. She was gracious and a Whatsapp message away all the time and even gave excellent recommendations for where to eat outside the hotel. Upon arrival in our room, we loved the setup and we overlooked the pool and the Sea of Cortez. The deco was well appointed. The only minor issue was that there was no heat (we were actually cold at night), but the hotel was gracious to ensure we had more bedding to keep us warm. Due to the pandemic and season, the hotel was not busy. The only downside to the same is that some restaurants within the property were closed and the open ones seemed to have pared down menus. The food however was really good no matter where you went. I will admit that we over indulged on the food with no regrets. Make sure to attend the Tequila tasing that is offered. It is a great opportunity to learn about food pairings. Our biggest regret is not staying longer.…
Property, food, service was stellar! This was our first time for all inclusive so it is hard to compare but we felt we were treated like royalty, especially from Bayron at the front desk and Santiago at the restaurants. Manuel, the chef was very accommodating to cooking gourmet plant based meals for us, which was delicious. Plenty of activities available and were entertaining, thank you Jonathon and Roger! Also have to mention the yoga instructor (Elana?) was wonderful and also Oscar the fitness instructor top notch. Easy to get your Covid test done there too.
I can't express how impressed I am with our recent trip to Paradisus Los Cabos. This is our third time staying at a Melia property and we have been blown away each time. This hotel in particular was just luxurious! The customer service was AMAZING. COVID SAFE PROPERTY. They take many precautions to insure their patrons are safe. Mask required while walking around, all silverwear comes in sanitized envelopes, they even sanitize the bottoms of your shoes upon entry. My husband and I were a little concerned about the mandatory covid test to reenter the US, but this resort made it absolutely seamless. You set up an appointment when you check-in, if you stay more than three nights the test is free and on site! We went to the appointment, no line, there was a doctor and a nurse who did the quick nose swab (uncomfortable but not the worst thing). We got our results the next day, emailed to us. The front desk also provided a printout of our negative test results upon checkout for the airport. The rooms were immaculate and GORGEOUS. Very modern yet welcoming. The maid service was absolutely perfect, no matter what time we left the room, it was always clean when we got back. The pool was actually WARM, I really appreciated that after the unheated pools in Punta Cana. There were plenty of chairs and cabanas available (I think this was mostly due to covid times and fewer people). The cabanas had adjustable sunscreens which were great towards the end of the day when you have had a lot of sun. Also, there were waiters that took drink AND food orders, all delivered quickly and poolside. YAS! The drinks are NOT watered down, at all. I got a little too indulgent the first day thinking they would be :P. Nothing a few tacos couldn't fix! The food was very good. I can tell they narrowed down the menu because of Covid, but there were still plenty of options that didn't feel repetitive. They have two restaurants that overlooked the ocean, one is only open for lunch, but it was quite yummy! Steaks were of great quality if you are a meat-eater. The room service was fast and also very good. Note, you will need your phone to scan QR codes for EVERY menu, so make sure you have a charged smartphone with you at all times. The point is for less surface touching (covid). The ocean was absolutely stunning, I have been to other places in Mexico where the water was much darker in color, here in the Gulf of California, the water is a stunning blue, similar to the Carribean. The sand is a little more course but not bad. If you have sensitive feet, think about swim shoes. I loved that there was a bar on the beach and FAR AWAY from the beach vendors (which there were only 2 of, and not pushy like other locations in Cabo). 10/10 recommend Paradisus Los Cabos. It was my husband and I's favorite vacation.…
We stayed here for one week with our two children and loved it! Bayron at the front desk went out of his way answering my MANY emails before we even arrived, as I was a bit nervous about the covid testing … turns out very simple and painless. He was also super helpful during our stay arranging a few special things for us. The bellboys and greeters at the front could not have been any nicer every time we came and went from the resort and it was easy having a rental car to tour all around town. They helped us with directions and suggestions as well. All the restaurant servers were very nice and the food was tasty. The best drinks were down at the beach bar with Esthella. She took her time adding fresh ingredients to make the drinks more special. The beach was amazing and fun to swim in. We saw lots of whales from the resort. The kids club was the best part. Vidi and Andrea came to get our kids excited for every activity they did. My kids checked the schedule as soon as they woke up every morning. This made our trip very relaxing. Room service was very quick compared to other resorts, and while the rooms are a little small, housekeeping was VERY good and we always returned to a spotless room. We were never really in our rooms as there are so many cool little spots to hang out around the resort. Overall it is a tranquil and relaxing spot. The pool is huge and Gabi Beach restaurant is an awesome place for lunch, looking out over the ocean. The workout classes were also so much fun. Oscar’s class is great and can be a really good workout, the yoga was an amazing spine stretching routine and the water aerobics was actually pretty tough (and funny)! All needed after eating so much!! oh … and the salsa lessons – so fun!…
