Cabo is a taxi town, but can be really expensive. You can rent a car at the resort for the day or ?. There are some swimmable beach's about 10-15 minutes away. I would go to the swim up bar, and ask Alajuandra for information (she is a bartender there). Also try the refreshing lemonade.
