Driving around looking for a unique hotel not like a common one that you can find in every city 🌃. We were lucky to find it since we saw it in TripAdvisor first and was one of the hotels that we happened to drive by. Love that they still have the regular 🔑 keys to open the rooms the antique... Beautiful hotel, a short walk from the Zocalo. Spacious rooms decorated with beautiful antiques. No bar, restaurant but as so close to many it doesn't matter. Has a lovely 'original' feel to it. Helpful staff. Massages available in your room - expensive but good

I came to Puebla as a multi-night side trip from Mexico City. Upon my arrival at the Hotel Casa de la Palma I was greeted warmly by the front desk clerk (I can't remember her name). In general, service at this hotel was very friendly and efficient. I was apparently placed in the wrong room, but that didn't matter much... More

I have stayed here many times and always like the ambiance and knowing that I am staying in the original residence of the Bishop dating back to the early 1700s. It is close to the zocalo and you can see the gorgeous cathedral from some of the rooms. Breakfast is nice, the staff is always helpful and pleasant.

I love this place. I pass through town once or twice a year, travelling with a well behaved, quiet dog, and am just now getting acquainted with Hotel Casa de la Palma. I'm so happy to have stayed here and this will now be my go-to spot. It is a beautiful, historic hotel that has a great vibe, and is... More

She is very friendly, profesional and on top of everything. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are clean and locations is close to... More

I stayed for two nights with 3 more people. The hotel is well located, just one block away from Main Square and Catedral. Rooms are big and clean. Price included eggs, fruit, juice and coffee as breakfast. My only complain is that the service in the front desk was kind of inconsistent. When we arrived, there were two guys attending... More

Had the opportunity to stay at the Hotel Casa de la Palma in the centro historico of Puebla. What a wonderful place full of history. The rooms are very large (there are only 16 of them) and the location one block from the cathedral is fantastic. Great views from the rooms with a balcony on a relatively quiet street. Breakfast... Upon checking into the hotel we discovered that someone had urinated all over the toilet seat of the bathroom in our room. The housekeeper came to clean it up and told us that someone had come in from the street, past reception, all the way up to the guest rooms and gone into the room and used the bathroom after...
