This place is horrible can't sleep at night people parting and singing all night long. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The rooms are a decent size but that's about it. No A/C you get what you pay for I suppose.

Excellent location, just a few blocks from the "Zócalo"of Puebla. The facilities are old but the rooms are ok, considering the price. The staff tried to be helpful, but in my opinion they lack of experience, specially the women in the front desk, they didn't had our reservations and the special package we payed for, which included two city tours....

My wife and I arrived to Puebla on Saturday around 2 pm without any hotel reservation and after a few calls we found out Hotels were full. My wife decided that we should pay a visit to Aristos Hotel which is in downtown. Once at the Aristo’s reception, we asked rates and to take a look to the room and...

Really? I thought I got a deal for $30/night but oh boy! It is really a disgusting place. It is falling apart, the bathroom faucets are all rusty and no water pressure. The beds are uncomfortable and the linings are so old that are almost transparent. The carpets are all moldy and gross. Sorry... But pay extra $20 to get...

Couldn't ask more for US$ 30 per night. Quite old Hotel with minimum maintenance and lack of personnel. Available personnel will try to help you up to their limitations. The best is it's proximity to Puebla's Cathedral and Main Square (just 3 blocks away). More than 100 rooms on a 5 story building and with only one (40+ years old)...

When I first visited Puebla 18 years ago, this was one of the few hotels near the city centre, and was quite good. Since then the hotel has never undergone any remodeling; and now that over 15 newer and better hotels have appearde just next to the center, this hotel is no longer an option and I wouldn't be surprised...

We arrived at this hotel by recommendation of a friend and he made the booking for us. Everything seemed to be good, until we asked for the wifi, telling us that it had an extra-charge (I've been in cheaper places and they wouldn't charge extra for wifi). The rooms are a bit old and the ensuite needs urgent renovations, however,...

Filthy, smelly. Part of the roof in the bathroom fell down while I was sleeping so I couldn't shower. They gave me the key to another room, when I opened there were people in there, they apologized and gave me the key to another room, I tried to get in there but the hallway was under construction which made it...

We booked the hotel through Booking.com, we booked three rooms. The hotel looked better in pictures. In reality is awful. Everything is old, the beds, the rooms, the sheets, the blankets. The WC stinks. They gave us our room late because they were "cleaning it" and when we finally got it (at 7:00 pm) the bathroom was not clean. We...
