The hotel is excellently located on the zocalo and has a good shower and alright bed. However, the parking is not free (15 pesos an hour), they only give you breakfast for the first morning (an a pretty poor one at that) and every day after is 60 pesos each. Also, the wifi is very poor. We had internet for...

I stayed at the Royalty Centro for 1 week in July. Reception offered me a choice between 2 rooms which were available at the time: one with a view overlooking the cathedral & the zocalo, and another (which certainly would have been quieter) but that had no view. I opted for the one that allowed me to fully experience the...

We stayed here for one week and had a great room overlooking the cathedral and zocalo. Great location I guess except it's a busy location. This is definitely where the action is. Different restaurants around the zocalo have live music every night. Pillows were really hard. Breakfast was very nice with a full buffet each morning. Dinner was delicious here...

The Hotel Royalty is the best value in Puebla City! We have been travelling through the City for years and always end up at the Hotel Royalty. We've tried other places, but realized, why go anywhere else; this is the best. It's right on the Zocala... within walking distance of all of the best Centro Historico sights. The restaurant in...

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Royalty in May for 3 days on our way to Oaxaca. It was a pleasant stay. The location is great. We walked to most of Puebla' major attractions easily. Lots of restaurants and college students in this area so walking around at dinner time was fine. This is not a luxury hotel...

Well, Puebla is an interesting town with a great Basilica. The Royalton is across the street from that Basilica, but that is the extent of its advantages. The rooms are old and while they appear clean, they really are not that clean by american standards.. The service is hesitant to say the least and the ambient noise night and day...

Last time I stayed here, it wasn't a really good experience, and now i was back because of price and most of all, for it's location, and I had a nice surprise that bathroom, floors, lightning and beds where changed (for good) and price is still the same as 2 years ago. Service is still the same, average, they help...

We went on a leisure trip 4 adults and a little child of 5 y/o. the hotel is located in the exact Zocalo, right in front of Puebla's Cathedral, were all the restaurants are, really near to whatever church in the area you'd like to visit. They include buffete breakfast with your rate, it is regular, not really yummy but...

This is a lovely hotel! Very friendly staff and a great setting, right on the beautiful Zocalo, with a view of the cathedral. We got the senior suite, which was huge and not at all expensive! It had 1 double and 2 single beds (all quite hard), some sofa’s, an enormous wardrobe and a cute bathroom. We stayed here one...
