Zenza Hotel captivates many guests with its minimalist design and tranquil atmosphere, enhanced by the stunning views from soundproofed rooms. However, some guests have pointed out that certain rooms fall short on cleanliness and basic amenities. While the location is celebrated for its proximity to dining options, opinions on the value provided are divided; travelers enjoy complimentary lobby refreshments but some question the room features given the price. The service and amenities receive mixed reviews, with accolades for staff friendliness contrasting with remarks on unprofessional service and insufficient bathroom provisions.

Stayed for 6 nights February 19 - 25th, the hotel is very peaceful. Free use of bikes and snorkel gear and golf cart rides to 2 close beaches. Beds were comfy and the Zenza is close to 4 very nice restaurants. There is free coffee, rolls and fruit every morning. My favorite restaurant was Mango reef about 3 block walk away.

Zenza Hotel is fabulous. It is centrally located on the island, in the heart of Turtle Cove. The design is very modern and fresh. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious, beds were comfortable, it was very clean and with a great view. It was nice to sit on the patio overlooking the marina. It is an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The snorkeling on this part of Grace Bay is fantastic. There are two restaurants right next door and other options within walking distance. Based on location, beach and restaurants nearby, the price is affordable ... it makes for a great choice.

I cannot say enough positive things about Zenza and their team!

it was my significant others birthday. I had done my research prior to booking (so for those who write comments about the area, perhaps you should have done your research before staying outside of the tourist zone of GRACE BAY).

prior to our arrival, I had reached out to the hotel to seek a surprise entrance for my s/o. I had purchased local bambarra rum and a dozen balloons for our entrance. It was completed and there was a lovely happy birthday sign as well which I had not even asked for. first and second signs they went above and beyond.

we loved how spacious the ground floor king room was. we were across from the ice machine and had easy access without a bunch of elevator noise (we were in room 102) The aircon, tv worked just fine. we did notice the fridge was on a very cool temp, almost freezing things, but no complaints with fresh cold bottles of water provided! the patio overlooked the water which was enjoyable to sit at for morning coffee or evening chats.

The reception area always had fresh juices, snacks, fruit and baked goods for eating. They provided us with many hotel options and excursions which we did two snorkeling and jet skiing. They also assisted with booking our hotel covid test upon departure.

We visited the beach daily, which was about a 5 to 7 minute walk from Zenza or they would take you in their golf cart which included towels and beach chairs. the water was perfect, the sand is to die for.

baci and shark bite are next to zenza and for restaurants they are great. the little cafe was a bit overpriced - even for tci. for eggs, bacon and french toast and 2 coffees was about $40 each per day. Make the coffee they give you in the room, and try to minimize eating out.

*taxi tip - taxis in turtle bay where zenza is located to grace bay area is about $20 each way. call the casino to have their shuttle pick you up free of charge - which includes a return shuttle. whether you play a few hands, have a few complimentary beverages, you save that 20$ each way, per day. they will also drop you off in other places instead of your hotel should you wish to see something else.

Zenza, thank you for making my s/o birthday special, for accommodating my last shower and whatever random request we had even last minute, each of the staff always delivered.

PS check out the rooftop its beautiful!

We can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It is a newer boutique hotel located in Turtle Bay. The staff is friendly and they were very helpful with suggestions and places to go. The hotel is situated on the marina but a short complementary golf cart ride to the beach (along with beach chairs) is available. The location is next door and around a few restaurants/ bars so even though you are not near the main hub of Grace Bay you don’t have to worry about food or drink availability. The rooms were clean and spacious with a large balcony looking out into the marina. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Turks and Caicos.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zenza boutique hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean, beautiful and modern with beautiful marina views, and we generally loved the marina location. The boutique hotel atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and it is a quick walk to Smith's reef which we went to every day for snorkelling - or staff can give you a ride in the golf cart if you'd like which is fun. We took the free hotel bikes to the main Grace Bay resort area one day (about a 20 minute ride), and it confirmed for us that we liked our quieter marina area better. The hotel also has a beautiful roof top sitting area with views of the marina and ocean, where we often had our morning coffee. We normally had it to ourselves as no one seemed to think of going up there.

My husband and I had rented a villa for one week and decided to extend our stay 2 extra nights. We found this new hotel in Turtle Cove and it looked really nice so we decided to book at Zenza and it did not disappoint. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, they gave us great recommendations since we weren’t familiar with the Turtle Cove area.
The bedroom was very clean and quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable, there’s also a large balcony overlooking the marina, which was nice to relax on after an afternoon of snorkelling. Smiths Reef is a short walk or free shuttle from the hotel and apparently one of the best spots for snorkelling on the island. We saw a variety of fish, turtles and stingrays. We really enjoyed the roof top terrace, the view and sunsets are just spectacular! We’d love having a glass of wine there before going out to dinner. There are many restaurants nearby as well, all within walking distance and two of which are on the hotel premises. Bacci, a nice Italian restaurant (great pizza) and Sharkbite, a cool local pub.
There’s also a nice patio off the main lobby where we would have our morning coffee. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! And happy we decided to extend our vacation and tried this place out. We will definitely be back!!

First off, this property is not located on the beach and you cannot see the beach/ocean from anywhere on this property. The property is isolated and away from any shops, restaurants, and/or activities. They did have one restaurant on property that was the only bright spot of the entire stay. The room lacked soap dish or ledge in the shower for you to put your body wash or soap on. There were no room amenities provided equivalent to the cost of the accommodations. There was no body wash provided and only a small bar of soap. While the staff wasn’t rude, they seemed untrained and unprepared to respond to the needs and expectations of some travelers. The grounds were slippery and lacked “caution wet floor “ signs throughout the property and pool area. We encountered several other travelers who checked out early due to similar concerns and complains. My recommendations “No Go”. They staff was pleasant and these issues are out of their control.

Everything about the place is poor quality.

For starters, I woke up this morning to no water.

The shower doesn’t have a place to store soap while you shower. Yes, soap. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t provide body wash or shelf to hold it while you shower.

There are also holes in the ceiling from the poor workmanship’s ship. The staff are poorly trained-we asked for towels and were told we have a washer and dryer in the room. The tv doesn’t work. The house keeper come in every 3 days (so none during our stay) and the continental breakfast is the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s IGA grocery store pasties and watery orange juice, etc.

During my time here other have been extremely disappointed too. I wanted to check out immediately but there was a 48 hour cancellation period.

Do not get duped by the pictures. It’s not a boutique hotel. It’s the equivalent of a motel 6.

Zenza Hotel was wonderful in every way! It is a small boutique hotel, built 2 years ago. We had a large room on the 3rd floor with a balcony, overlooking Turtle Cove and marina with a view of the ocean. We loved sitting on our balcony each morning with our complimentary pastries and fruit! It is a very quiet hotel and a quiet marina. There is a beautiful and large roof deck on the 4th floor. The staff was wonderful and so helpful arranging excursions. We kayaked in the mangroves with Clear Bottom kayaks and saw so many hawksbill turtles and a small shark. We loved being away from the stores and busy area of Grace Bay. It was great to be able to walk in 2 minutes to 4 wonderful restaurants for dinner that are on Turtle Cove. There are a few for breakfast/lunch that we didn’t try. We did rent a Jeep and I would highly recommend Grace Bay car rental, which is walkable from the airport. The only reason we needed a car was to explore Chalk Sound National Park, which is amazing! The hotel is a 5 minute walk on a small road to the beach and Smith’s Reef. From that beach you can walk to Coral Gardens beach area in about 30 minutes. They have bikes and helmets available to check out. We also checked out snorkel gear and towels for the beach. Any excursions will pick you up or you can take a taxi. This was a wonderful 5 day trip!!

Arrived at the hotel and the receptionist was very pleasant. There are 2 restaurants basically on the same compound. We ate at Sharkbite for an early dinner and everything was delicious. After asking about getting around the island because we had places we scheduled prior to arriving, staff explained that it could get costly and that everyone rents a car. We agreed on getting a car and the hotel called an agency (DnB) and they dropped the car off at 9am the next morning. I thought that was awesome. When we checked out we just left the key with the front desk and the agency would come back to pick the car up. Super convenient! Our room was huge! Very nice and clean. Nice patio area. Would totally recommend. Loved my entire stay. I do wish the pool was bigger but that’s minor. We were walking distance to a beach entrance but the hotel also can drive you. I can’t wait to go back! Really enjoyed my stay!
