Pro: Staff was very kind, free parking, spacious rooms CON: We were VERY cold. When we arrived in the room it was 16 degrees, you were only allowed to raise the temperature +/- 3 degrees! We asked for extra blankets and when they arrived aI asked them to check the temperature, they said that is as high as it goes. We went to bed freezing and woke up freezing.

Hotel's Favourite
Good place to have congress, seminars. Close to international airport, with shuttle service, it takes 15 minutes to reach there. Especially, Seafood is delicious. You can have a walk around the hotel. There is no interest of point in the reach of walking distance.

We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay at the Park Plaza in October 2022. Upon arrival at Schipol we easily found the bus stop and waited for the shuttle bus. The bus arrived after about 10minutes and off we went. The check in at the hotel was straightforward with information about the facilities given by the friendly receptionist. The room was clean, warm and spacious with a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The breakfast was nice with lots of choices, including coffees. I would recommend this hotel.

Good, clean hotel, excelent bed, veriagated and generous breakfast. Staff very friendly and efficient. Negative point: no wc brush and TV programs are payable. A bit far away from public transport stations.

This hotel was chosen because of the welness that was mentioned on the official website of the hotel. After the payment of the non- refundable rate, it became apparent that the wellness was "under construction". The second quiet clean room was fine but the water saving shower head gave not enough hot water. The temperature in the room was 18.6 degrees celcius. The beds are rather hard. Every half hour there is a free shuttle from and to the airport with a transfer time of 12 minutes that was punctual. The first allocated room smelled of smoke, after a complaint a better room was given. If you just need a quiet room and a shuttle, this hotel seems OK.

Had a nice stay at the airport. Although the wellness center was under renovations which was a disappointment, the super kind desk clerk Hasim made us feel ok about it as he tried to see how they could make it up to us. He seemed genuinely concerned for our satisfaction and that qualifies as excellent customer service. The check in was smooth and our room was comfortable. The hotel facilities were nice and well kept up. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. All was super clean and well lit. The location is a bit out of the way. We took the streetcar to the nearest stop (Matterhorn) and it's a bit over a 10 minute walk. The neighborhood is nice and there are nice places for walking, but there isn't much nearby in the way of shops or restaurants. You can, however, get into central Amsterdam via the streetcar line which is an easy connection but takes a bit of time. The shuttle service (free!) to Schipol is great! The breakfast is very good in the restaurant. It's a good choice for someone who wants something quieter outside of the city center or for people who don't mind taking public transport to the city center if that's their destination. Definitely would stay here again.…

The hotel is far away from the center: you have to take a shift then a train (20 min and 10€) or you can take the tram but it is complicated to find it (it was dark) We woke up at 5am because the room next to us were having a party…

I would not recommend. We expected, as it says, sauna and Wellnes but nobody told us it’s closed. The Room wasn’t cleaned very good, dust everywhere. Nobody cleaned and changed glasses and cups for coffee next days. I needed to call for everything neccesary like soap or bathrobe…

Perfect stay, good shuttle service, good bed, nice breakfast, you can rely on the shuttle service. Friendly desk personel. We could parrk the car in front of the hotel whithout charge. The food bar was a bit expensive but easy to manage. Top preparation for the long flight the following day.

Reasonably good value for a hotel close to the airport. Not suitable for a visit to Amsterdam, due to location in an industrial and office area. No restaurants or shopping at walking distance. High prices at the self-service kiosque. Very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet.
