Kaya hotel, suitable for the nature of the city, where we went with my family in December 2023. It is extremely clean, the operators are extremely attentive and friendly. Those who will go to Nevşehir Ürgüp Göreme Cappadocia tourism region and are looking for a hotel in that region can go there without any question marks in their minds and have a pleasant stay. It is close to many areas/points to visit in that region. If you do not have a specific plan or route, the manager Ms. Sinem is very helpful in everything. We stayed in the hotel's suite room with a pool. In-room private pool, sauna and Turkish bath are very good. The room linen, towels, bed quality and cleanliness are very good. The breakfast is above the boutique hotel concept and is very good and sufficient. The hotel presentation and hospitality exceeded our expectations. My score is positive in every aspect. As someone who visits a lot of hotels and restaurants, I rarely make positive comments. This hotel was one of the hotels where I made positive observations in terms of human relations, manager attitude and accommodation *****👍
