We only stayed one night - arriving quite late and leaving early - so I don't have a huge amount to say. It's a cute little pub with lots of atmosphere, and the food was good quality. It's got a decent-sized car park and the room was perfectly adequate (though there was a noise of running water in the night...

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and would definitely stay again. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and the lovely big beds are so cosy and comfortable. lovely bathroom with nice toiletries. Very friendly service.

Had the best meal out in a long time last weekend, really recommend the sharing platter starter - delicious! Don t try the Valpolicella wine it was over priced and either corked or horrible. Nice atmosphere and really friendly informal staff which I like.

I was super lucky to find this place. It's not often you need to stay at a hotel in your own town, but we did, and we needed something close to family in Slough. I found this and booked the last room. Our room was clean and well-appointed. It came with bottled water (in glass bottles) and a Nespresso machine...

Not only has the Winning Post been our go to place when we visit our family in the UK. The have nearly become family them selves. From the moment you step in the front door, you feel relaxed and in a most comforting atmosphere. The food is lovely and the rooms great, but its really the hospitality we com back...

Booked for 2 nights whilst attending Ascot Races and had dinner on the second night. Room was very pleasant and nice and quiet. Plumbing a bit noisy but didn't bother us too much. The location of the hotel is very good and very handy for the races, only 15 minutes from Ascot in the car. Our evening meal was very...

My wife and I met a business friend at the Winning Post last Friday and had a truly dreadful experience. I have been to this restaurant many times particularly when it was The Cottage Inn, which was a fabulous restaurant - always full if a little expensive. On Friday, we booked for 1215 but got no food until after 1330...

Simply spot on in every way- accommodation, food- would definitely stay here again. I stay away three nights a week- and there is no one quite in this league unless you go for a five star hotel- and even some of those are not quite this good- thoroughly recommended.

The winning post is a country pub with good food and accommodation just 3 miles from the centre of Bracknell. The bedrooms are not large but reasonable size and well equipped with tea, coffee and water. The food in the restaurant is good quality and of average price for the area. The is a small bar, restaurant and private dinning...
