After a long drive we landed on this terrible place!!! I wonder whether EOT (The Greek Tourist Body) has approved and provided a licence to this place to operate!!! We were so tired that we decided to sleep for 1 hour and then leave this location and go to Chania. I paid 45 Euros but we also paid 40 Euros...

Stayed here in early Oct 2014 with my partner. The rooms here were perfectly adequate for the amount that you are paying. They are clean and basic and great for a short stay. It is a family run business and they are very welcoming unlike the hotel down the road (Panorama or somesuch) where the people there were just miserable...

Nice location and beautiful place but the room was really terrible. It had a terrible smell, nad that was the worst thing. The room was small and old but that could be a price accepted for being in paradise... One thing that was hard to cope with was the smell. I would not advise someone to saty here.

The rooms are across the road from the taverna. There was no change from when we stayed here in 2006, except the trees are about a meter taller. Two single beds with a fridge for 35E a night. There is a lovely view from the unfinished roof. You can go to the beach early and have it almost to yourself...

So close to one of the most wonderful place on earth and so poorly managed. Rooms are small and sad, so that we had to give it up. We gave the restaurant a chance, probably confused by lonly planet guide, saying it is the best in the area. This is definitely not. Actually it is the worst one, not only...

Those people are cooking, those people are friendly and those people care about you. "People makes the place" is heard so many times and here that's truth. They're all family so their attitude toward this business is non-plastic, so natural and warm. Homemade food, they have very fresh ingredients, rooms are simple but inexpensive. There's their own mini-market with everything...

This accommodation offers and excellent tavern, a mini market and rooms to spend some nights close to Elafonisi beach which I consider the best beach in Crete. Rooms are clean and owners are kind (as all Greek people I think). You must be not pretentious about the rooms because they are modest, but it is cheap and let me highlight...
