Hi, we booked the complete hotel for the Sunday night of our daughters wedding so had full choice of rooms; our Son had a 2year old for which the hotel provided a very comfortable travel cot. Yes e mail response is not prompt but be assured they provide exceptional service levels and gave us an experience of a lifetime.
I agree - this is the best hotel experience ever!! Yes it was a problem getting in contact with the hotel by mail. Better to call them. And once you get there they do all they can to make your stay most memorable.!
