We have just returned from a 5 day stay at Las Palomas in Rocky Point. We booked this after seeing what reviewers on Trip Advisor had to say. We really liked Las Palomas. The condos are large and we had one facing the beach. The...More
We really enjoyed our stay here. I want to make sure people know there is NOT a kids club here although their website advertises that there is one. The condo was huge- so much space. Be sure to bring your own beach towels- getting the...More
Phase 1 and 2 are very similar, but if you are visiting during the winter, the hot tub in phase two is 102 degrees and phase one is only 94 degrees.

The golf course is adjacent to the property, but does not seem to have any connection to the hotel. You can't book tee times or pay through the hotel (do this directly with the course) and to get to the course you need to drive (or walk) outside the gate. The course was in good shape when I played it.
As I mentioned in my review, Las Palomas is really just a condo rental and not a resort - you can play the golf course just the same staying at other, less expensive properties.
