How far is the walk to bus and to beach from Teheima? Are groceries available at Paradise Village? Is it convenient and will they allow a guest for the day? Sorry for all the questions. I am just wondering if a car would be required for a stay at a condo in Teheima.

Bus walk is 5 minutes. Beach is 8 minutes. Groceries are available in Paradise Village or a short Taxi ride away in a variety of supermarkets (Comercial Mexicana, Walmart, etc.). When we go we have found it useful to rent a car a couple of days to do full grocery shopping and visit beaches that are further away and then return the car as it is not really necessary.

"Pool view or a golf view condo is great. You will pay more than for the blind courtyard view."
