If you are looking for a hotel that caters to Mexican families with children, then look no further. Lots to do for kids with games every afternoon at the beach and nightly entertainment. The beach is the best part which has a very gentle slope to the ocean which makes it ideal for kids and adults alike. The waves are calm enough to be safe for young ones and adults too. The hotel is clean, safe with very accommodating and friendly staff. There are three pools, right up to the hotel. As well, the hotel is remodeling and there are now four towers, the fourth being the newest. If you are an adult looking for peace & quiet then this is not the place for you. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and a wonderful marina to stroll and take tours of all kinds. Nice area to consider.

OK, the one bedroom unit with living room and kitchen with kitchen table and chairs: Old. cushions on cement slabs are the couches although laying on them with the slider open with breezes was nice. Can't drink the water, they provide a pitcher to get water from a Empura bottled water dispenser in hallway. tiled shower old and some tile moldy, bathroom sink old and stained, microwave only stayed on 30 seconds at a time, hard plastic beach long chairs that only became possible to use if we took the chair pads off the kitchen chairs to attach to lawn chairs, they do have tiki huts for shade. But the beach and location is great! We didn't use pool. Most of the guests here are Mexican.

We were concerned, it's our first time in this area ......we love the setup and right on the beach. Lots of pools in different areas around the hotel. We are in the newer part and the rooms are very spacious, house keeping are great ! We have found the food very good and the service in the other areas is very good too.. The front desk staff were very pleasant as well.. We are enjoying the kids and there is lots of space for them to play. It certainly seems like a favourite for the locals. Transportation is right out your front door, a variety to choose from. A craft room is included for the kids. We felt safe in this location and our room looked over the marina a great view .

Reasonably priced, nice included breakfast, by the ocean. Unfortunately, the rooms in the older buildings by the ocean (tower 1, 2, 3) are dated and have no balcony despite some facing the ocean. The newer building (tower 4) has nice rooms including some with kitchenette, but they have no view. Also, the newer building has awful live music from 8-11 PM that permeates to the upper floors that is very annoying. I guess the locals like it, but it's all in Spanish and they are not very good singers.

Took me back 30 years ago when I first visited Mexico. The food was so bad! Full of oil and not fresh with the exception of the fruit the all inclusive is not suitable for consumption. They took zero precautions for COVID only masks in their tiny lobby were worn. The buffet lines were a free for all and no one was watching or serving the food. North American Tourists were checking out and losing their money and rebooking somewhere else. BUYER BEWARE staying here will ruin your vacation!
Pools are tiny and Motel 6 has nicer pools. The beach is the only good thing here.
Some of the staff is nice but not all as their major clientele are the drive in local people, Covid or sick stomach is your only guarantee here.no value at 100.00 per night all inclusive many wonderful resorts nearby but not this one!!!

It is a terrible hotel that I do not recommend at all.
1. Food hurt my family and me.
2. The drinks were bad. (I found it very suspicious to see that the containers did not have labels.
3. When you arrive they give you a glass and you have to take care of it during your stay and wash it. For example: if you order a piña colada and then you want a soft drink, you have to go and wash it yourself. (And carry it all the time).
4. The hotel was super full so there were long lines to eat and there was no table available.
5. I had a bad experience with the omelette person. (Rude)
6. Super small and old room.
7. There was no water pressure.
8. I didn't get hot water.
I visited this hotel and I was carried away by the comments I saw, but it is truly the worst hotel I have ever visited. "I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT"

The only nice thing was the pool at the top

I don’t ever write reviews. However, I don’t want people that come to enjoy themselves on vacation to have the same experience. The bathroom was disgusting. There was black mold everywhere. The rooms have extremely thin walls so you can hear everything around the room. They say you get a bathtub you do not. I have young kids so a bath tub is something I needed. They say they have 3 restaurants. They do not. They have three but only one at a time is running. The food choices were extremely limited.

On a positive note the beach was beautiful. My kids had a blast on the beach. The drinks were pretty good.

The hotel is a gem in the middle of condominiums in Nuevo Vallarta!! Safe and beautiful clean beach! Small and harmonious normal to delicious food! It had been recommended to me a lot BUT! I had a bad experience in terms of service, and unfortunately that counts for a lot, I was celebrating my anniversary and my husband's birthday, supposedly being a family hotel they gave me a complimentary dinner on the beach which I thought was perfect for the celebrations but a small detail is not they accept children! There is also no club kid or babysitter service, in fact they told me you didn't come to a 5 star hotel that seemed even more disrespectful! Customer service a critical point in the hotel industry! It makes a joke to me to call yourself a family hotel and not accept children for dinner on the beach. Not even an Iberostar, Dreams or Palladium have done that! I found it very unpleasant, it was my anniversary and birthday and it killed all the charm that the Hotel has, I'm tired of places that say they are family and are not! I thank the manager who tried to mimic the situation with a small decoration in the room but I didn't have my family celebration at a family dinner! On the beach. Please don't give families with children those "courtesies" it's a shame it had been one of the best hotels I've visited even over grand tourism hotels but I won't return to a hotel where they discriminate against children!

Our room was old and cleaning could have been better but the view was great. The staff fantastic food could be a little better where selection is concerned. We did have a good time. I do not think music in the dining room in the mourning should be played ,and it was loud.

We had a room with a great ocean view. The bed was very comfortable, but there were limited choices of seating. Because our room was located above the pool, it was quite noisy. Breakfast choices were limited but good. We stay at Villa Varadero because of location and price.

There is some small surf always. The snorkeling won't be very good. You should book a boat trip out to the islands to snorkel.
